Im using this from last 3months... And i would definitely not recommend anyone... It has a lot of issues mainly with the range... They claim 250km but it goes hardly 160km in 1st mode which is top speed of 43 - 45km... And according to previous buyes... From my city which is visakhapatnam... A guy got issue with the battery which range has gone down to 80km... in the span of 7months And the company is not responding... And there is a lot of gap in the battery case... Which leads to an odd sound while riding... I bought it for its looks as im into films... If not... I would definitely not recommend... I just mentioned major ones... There are a lot of problems...
ah, you had the misfortune of buying it when it just came out. They have fixed a lot of those issues in the newer ones (like, i dunno what to call them, they are the same model, but like they made a lot of things better.) For one, the fittings are better, the wiring is higher quality, the side carriers are actually metal, and it all around don't look or feel as cheap. And while i can't say anything for how bad the customer service is. If my friend is to believed, it's a fair bit better
Today i went with my friends for entrance test and outside the centre i saw this bike and in reality it looks much better than video ,i was amazed with it's looks, it really looks better than REs and Jawas and it's a perfect combination of glossy colour and chrome❤ i loved this bike today that's why I'm watching it right now❤

Everything said and done , if the Mock engine sound can be put -off , I will gofor it. We are already fade up of noises around. One of the reasons for switching over to an electric vehicle is that it is ( supposed to be ) soundless . If this sound is COMPULSORY , I will have to think again . . Also , is a BACK LUGGAGE BAG available ? So that it can be used for long distance travels. Thanks.

Such a big machine goes only 60-70 km/ hr Exhaust is just for entertainment, its called speakers 🙏🏻 Better to go with even TVS heavy duty or any other petrol bike as they are at least real and can match the expectation in their own segments
