I was the most accurate with the USP. Back in 2019 in Orange County, I rented one and got all 10 shots in the bullseye at 15 yards. To this day, it’s the most accurate pistol I’ve ever fired. Would love to own one.
What bothers me a lot is how people in my country walk around so ignorant because they have never experienced an actual scary situation. So Ive got a few fines for carrying defensive type things. It is so insane that where Im from you are pretty much not allowed to protect your own life. Matter of fact, I read a story this morning about a dude who stabbed a guy in the chest in self defense and killed him because he tried beating him with a metal pole. He got nine fucking years.
I want to say good on you for being prepared to help victims in accidents/medical. I'm a former firefighter and paramedic and those who are prepared are more likely to survive/be the difference in surviving based on my experience. I tell everyone that they are their own first responder, I was a second responder. Keep up the good work!

As an instructor I also stress knowing the laws and encourage students to watch some Massad Ayoob. +1 on the knowing the laws part. There are a lot of misconceptions about self defense and use-of-force laws so you have a responsibility to learn them if you carry!
Knowing the laws is paramount, even more so if you carry. The carry insurance is debatable and honestly really depends on where you live. Some states you genuinely need it. Some are less ridiculous.
I would say if possible which it is most the time. Taking a Emergency Medical Responder class. Take the level of training to that next level and save lives more effectively. You may think you know a lot but taking a class can increase it and make you better at saving a life. Having the gear is great but the training is so much more.

I’ve found the tuckable under belt clips from discrete carry concepts to be amazing for deep concealment like going to church or the office where tucking in a shirt is key. Combined with a holster claw and a good belt it’s pretty much invisible.
I refuse to carry a flashlight that doesn't have useful low modes. Instant "tactical" turbo is desirable, but if it can't help me read a map in the car or walk to the bathroom at night without blasting my retinas, it's a paperweight as far as I'm concerned.
Living in Australia I have to be careful when carrying force multipliers. It’s illegal to carry a knife or a handgun in public, it’s illegal to even own pepper spray, it’s illegal to own a ballistic vest. So in reality the only thing you can legally carry is a flashlight… legally…
Just constructive criticism here; having a video geared toward beginners it can be daunting when describing things you assume your target audience would already know (i.e pistol names, models, differences between striker fired/hammer fired, position of waistband carries ect) when gearing content for beginners it’s sometimes better to assume your audience probably knows little/not much and it would serve that target audience better to over-explain and simplify things more in layman’s terms. Also, I don’t own my own guntube channel so what I say doesn’t really matter. Love the vids.

“Journey” is definitely the right word. I’ve been carrying for 15 years and it a long time to dial in my EDC for what works for me. As far as guns, I also live in AZ and will carry 3 different pistols based off what I’m wearing. Mostly I carry a Glock 48MOS. If I’m wearing thicker clothes or jacket, i’ll carry a Glock 19. Both in T. Rex Sidecar holsters, Streamlight 7 Sub, and spare mag holder. If I’m wearing sweatpants or gym shorts, I’ll carry a Glock 42 using a Raven Vanguard with Ulticlip . If I have pockets, I also carry a Streamlight Macrostream USB and a Benchmade Bailout. Randolph Aviators or Oakley’s is a must in AZ. Phone and wallet, of course. Medical gear stays in vehicle. I don't carry because I really just go to work that's a short drive and right next to a grocery store. On training: for first aid check your local fire department or see if there's a CERT for your area. They typically have classes for free and great way to learn first aid. Covid caused some issues with Stop the Bleed (at least in my area) so there's a free a alternative. For firearm training. Nothing beats live fire but dummy rounds are cheap and you can practice everyday with them. Get yourself a good holster. Buy once cry once especially if you're carrying everyday.
in the past 17 years I have carried all sorts of pistols all sorts of ways. I now pretty much only carry a Glock 19 (Enigma) or J-Frame (DS or PHLster aiwb clippy or loopy boi). I have never been faster nor more comfortable and no longer have to dress around the gun.
There is a closed emitter red dot that’s going to be on the market very soon for the shield RMSC footprint that should fit the G43x MOS with a normal 407K/507K plate . It’s the new Holosun EPS carry. Fully enclosed 7075 aluminum optic with a 6moa dot and 50k hour run time. It hasn’t necessarily shipped out yet, but it was announced at shot and they should be on the market pretty soon.
Admin good news, Holosun has two new compact enclosed emitter pistol dot sights that use their "K" mounting footprint, which I believe is the same as the Deltapoint Pro footprint. Holosun isn't my favorite company, but they certainly are leading in innovation, which will hopefully force the likes of Aimpoint and domestic manufacturers such as Trijicon and Leupold to up their game.
Problem is finding a range where you can draw or rapid fire. Last time at a local range I got lectured for rapid fire after blowing through a whopping 6 rounds through my g43. Same guy who tried talking me into renting the full auto AR.

I know the X300 lights are amazing i use them myself but they are in no way shape or form practical in a mid size/compact handgun especially one that your Appendix Carrying with there just way to long and bulky imo. I run the same combo a G19 in a Sidecar Holster except i use the TLR-7A. Its flush fit with a G19 and still has more than enough lumens for any circumstance that a G19 is relevant anyway. I run a full size G17 with an RMR and an X300 in a Ragnarok holster on my battle belt for home defense this is much more practical for this size weapon light. To each his own tho still great video!

Weight really matters to me with edc, so I open carry a pkm with a spare magazine, and a chain of spare ammunition on my shoulder. ounces = pounds guys!
Law enforcement also EDC on their days off. At least they better if they are worth anything. I can’t stress medical enough, been carrying everyday for the last 11 years or so and the only real world EDC item I’ve had to use was a TQ. In the summer when I can’t carry my Ankle IFAK due to shorts and flip flops, I just make sure to keep it accessible in the vehicle with me. Great video as always my dude!
I left a comment to GarandThumb, Brandon, Matt (demoranch) reaper, and Scott wondering about custom ammunition over in America if it’s legal to create its. I know you guys are all busy and get tones of comments, so I never expect a reply etc, commenting the same idea to all of you hopefully increases the chances one of you might see it. So my idea/hunch which might be stupid I dunno is titanium/carbon fibre composite rounds of ammunition… my thinking both materials are super light, super strong and depending how you incorporate the carbon fibre it can aid in penetration or be frangible, in conjunction with the penetrating power of the titanium (or that’s my logic anyway lol). If my hunch is correct I think a 5.56 .308 could be utterly devastating, if your allowed to create such a round and if it’s not obscenely expensive it’d amazing to see you guys try it!.
Based on the laws in Austria, the video has no real use for me - true but very interesting and worth seeing. And I have the absolute need to carpenter a few transport boxes for your stuff. I've never seen such a mess in connection with weapons. you really throw everything on the transport surface and drive off..
Honestly my favorite EDC setup is an open carry RPG-7 with a bandolier that has 3 more rockets in it

Admin if I had an actual grain of salt for every time you said it. I would have an entire shaker at this point
Holosun EPS carry is coming. enclosed optic that fits the 407K cut.
My least favorite part of my new job is that I can't catch your vids the minute they drop
I carry everyday, I know what I’m doing , but damn it I see an admin video I click even if I watched already
Admin, holosun is releasing a micro version of their 509. Closed emitter. Get excited.
Can't believe I missed out on this quality content for so long, admin is generally a dope dude
God bless Arizona. Same state brother.
Dude your humor is greatly appreciated
Weight really matters to me with edc, so I open carry a pkm with a spare magazine, and a chain of spare ammunition on my shoulder. ounces = pounds guys!
Law enforcement also EDC on their days off. At least they better if they are worth anything. I can’t stress medical enough, been carrying everyday for the last 11 years or so and the only real world EDC item I’ve had to use was a TQ. In the summer when I can’t carry my Ankle IFAK due to shorts and flip flops, I just make sure to keep it accessible in the vehicle with me.
Great video as always my dude!
You don’t carry the ankle IFAK while in shorts Mongo?! Cmon bro!
@@supertrooper7403 hahaha shorts, flip flops and an AIFAK. It’s the new 2022 summer trend.
@@mongo5564 LOL, the way things are shaping up, ‘22 is gonna be a hell of a year....
From my extensive training and experience, a barret m82 aa prototype is ideal for edc
SDI should pay you double for that advertisement
I agree 100%. I’d much rather get into a gunfight than a knife fight, if I had to into a fight at all lol
Based on the laws in Austria, the video has no real use for me - true but very interesting and worth seeing.
And I have the absolute need to carpenter a few transport boxes for your stuff. I've never seen such a mess in connection with weapons. you really throw everything on the transport surface and drive off..
Late to the party, but Shield Sights has an enclosed optic for the RMS/RMSc footprint expected to be out later this year
5.11 Tactical pants are the best.
They have 2 hidden mag pockets built in.
You can carry extra mags without the goofy sidecar.
AK dust cover on the flat range, Russian hard bass fading in the distance, the faint scent of white claw in the air...
What the fuck? 3 videos in like a week??? God Bless America
I don’t need the rifle mag attachment, but god I love it
