Single tail goldfish need at least a 50 gallon tank. -Look locally for a used tank if you cant afford a new one. (A decent 55g tank can be found for $40-$80) 2. Goldfish do NOT grow to the size of the tank. -This is a myth, given proper care goldfish will grow until they die. 3. The solution to the algae isn't to add more algae eaters, its to clean the tank more and reduce sunlight. -Adding more fish is only increasing your tanks bio load, making the water quality worse and requiring more frequent water changes 4. Anything you put in that tank that can fit into that goldfishes mouth will be a snack. (They are opportunistic feeders) In conclusion, Do some research get that poor fish some proper care or rehome it.

Have you thought about linking multiple tanks together? They make modular C shaped acrylic pieces that let the fish swim up above the tank's water so they can swim between tanks. The magic of fluid physics makes it easy.

If you are thinking of a parrot, do NOT get it from a pet store!! Try a local rescue, they are a LOT less expensive. I work at a parrot rescue and we have LOTS of birds looking for good homes. I have had birds my whole life and now 2 big macaws live with me. They are trained to free fly as well. Try doing some volunteer work at a local rescue or join a parrot club. Learn as MUCH as you can, because these guys will be with you for a very long time. My motto: Parrots Don t require much attention, they DEMAND it!! Take that to the bank
Amen to this. Do not go into bird ownership blind. Go volunteer at an avian shelter/rescue and get to know what's involved. Even a cockatiel has emotional needs you have to meet or they can have a nervous breakdown and pluck out all of their own feathers. There's more of an intellect in those little bird brains than the old sayings would have you think. You really have to be able to dedicate time to them and also let them roam free, don't keep them caged!

8:40 if you think that's "bumper to bumper" traffic, DO NOT visit Phillidelphia! I spent some horrible months there. Skinniest roads I ever saw in the city, & you have to merge onto the highway with only 6ft between you & the other cars during rush hour. 😵 And the whole city grinds to a halt if there's any snow.

I never saw a street plowed in the whole winter I spent in Philli. My home town plowed all the time. It would take a snow storm with 4 inches of snow to slow us down.

Then the opposite if you go to Michigan they don't close down unless they get like 2 feet of snow because of how much they get, they're already ready for more as it's the normal there. Granted I am not a fan of living in any overly packed city as I like my space, but to say 1 specific city is the worst because of 1 winter or rush hour into a major city seems over reaching. There's a lot of good stuff in Philadelphia as well, like the museums, Franklin Institute, local eateries, and anyone who enjoys history, its plum full of. There are plenty of reasons to go even if there's a lot of traffic. I would agree with you maybe not in winter though.
