We Spent National Water Park Day At Our Favorite Disney World Water Park!

- In today's vlog we head over to Walt Disney World's Typhoon Lagoon! Typhoon Lagoon is our favorite Disney water park, big thank you to Disney for inviting us out for the day! Our first ride of the day was Crush 'n' Gusher, the water roller coaster! Then we found out it was actually National Water Park Day, so we were super excited that we were already in a water park! Nice! We then checked out the lazy river, some of the body slides and the wave pool! We even tried some new foods that we haven't had before, the bbq sandwich and the southwest chicken wrap, everything was pretty good. All in all we had a great National Water Park Day and we hope you did too! Let us know if you went to a water park on this national holiday as well! My family has been to all water parks and theme parks in Florida (because we are Florida locals) EXCEPT any of the Disney water parks. I’ve always wanted to go!

I mean the only down side is it might rain more at night.... that’s what’s cold not the weather lol
It rains more during the day here than it does at night. Especially during the summer. We usually have storms right around 3 or 4 in the afternoon, then it clears up around 5 or 6.

Our favourite Florida water park! Despite being a coaster enthusiast, it's Typhoon Lagoon that really makes me want to return to Florida from the UK, the wave pool is amazing.

Hi I have a question about the Disney resorts: are the pools opened during December? Im just curious
Nintendo 64 Actually one will usually stay open
the resort pools are always open, their hours just get shorter in the summer. And the one water park will close for 3 months fora refurbishment and then the other one will close for 3 months. but there is always at least one water park open at Walt Disney World.
Yes! The pools are heated and sometimes even the weather is warm in December.
I went to H2O glow 3 weeks ago and tbh it was super lame lol... the only thing that glowed was the main stage and buzz 😂

Wow Tim and Jenn I liked this video! I never have been at Typhoon Lagoon. Always went to Adventure Island in Tampa. Love water parks! Yeah I wish they would make those towels for adults. I rather wear that and walk around at the water parks. Sometimes just feel weird walking around in a bathing suit.

I’ve never been to typhoon lagoon. I tried to go a few years ago but it was closed for winter refurb. Next time though.

Apparently I spent national water park day appreciating Universal's cinema celebration, then. Such a neat show. My sister is also coming down some time in August, and I'm making her go to Volcano Bay. I think it'll be a lot of fun :)

Planet Mark it's honestly probably the best water park I've ever been to the whole system of the tappu tappu and the rides are great you've got to ride krakatua the best water slide I've been on

Me and my family are moving to Florida in October, well... me and my husband and our two kids and My ex husband and his wife and their kids lol!!
Anyways. We are moving from Oklahoma. It’s hot here, there are huge bugs, and tornados. So not too much of a difference. I want to know is it worth it? Let me work it! ... hahaha okay, okay. FOR REAL though. Just a yes or no question. Moving to the Orlando area and yes and no for the obvious reasons. We will all be saving and looking into buying a house. Anyone in the Florida/Orlando are let me know! Thanks :)

the plant on the Hawaiian shirt looked like a plumeria tree. If y'all go to flower and garden or Disney Springs look for the Just Plumeria's cart. They sell cuttings for i believe $10 each and y'all should try growing some. They'll do really well in Orlando :)
Sadly, My wife and sons don't enjoy water parks as much as I do! My sons did when they were younger, but at 18 and 19, not so much. . . Hard for me to understand, but there you have it! I LOVE water parks!

That's my fav water park too, because of the huge wave pool, the theming, and the gigantic lazy river. The fact that you can actually 'dig' in the sand unlike Aquatica is a big plus.

Hopefully Disney has something up their sleeves because Volcano Bay makes both of their water parks looks average
The H2O Glow Night was the best. We rode all three crushing gusher slides in like 15 minutes. Longest part was going up the stairs. My youngest spent an hour in the kids area with only like three other kids. It was great. We got to do pretty meal ch everything and also meet Woody, Buzz and Jessie without any wait so we didn’t have to deal with their lines at TSL the next day.

Typically in food service the date sticker is an expiration, not a made on. So rather than eating a 6 day old wrap you were eating one that would expire tomorrow. Most places I’ve worked have a max defrosted hold time of 3 days for chicken. So it was probably yesterday’s wrap.

Why can’t water parks (especially Disney) file the joints of their slides down to smooth them out? I hate how they scrape your back all the way down.

No joke, I saw you guys by the crush n gushers taking a photo with a group of people during our vacation. We set up by there, and I was too nervous to take a photo. I was shocked! Saw you looking over the wave pool too, but couldnt get there on time... Then you were gone. Nice too see you guys though!
