In case of hp local machine if you dont find windowsnt then look for windows script host in the hp local machine and set display logo values to 0 and restart your laptop😢

Reinstall windows through windows update feature just on windows search box type recovery and then click on reinstall windows through windows update don't worry it will take more time you will not lose any data this will download some crucial system files that is been deleted it will scan and downalod it from Microsoft servers but after doing this delete the windows.old folder through disk cleanup otherwise it will take 20gb storage as I contain the old windows

If you are STILL having the ERROR popping up do this.
After doing everything from the video. Go and delete the UPDATE folder containing the log causing the issue:
C:\Users\your name\AppData\Local\Updates
