That was very beautiful and perfect timing. Just what I needed this morning. I lit a candle for my friend who recently passed away and he joined me in this healing energy and love. I don't know about Olivia Newton-John but I do know that lovely prayer is older. St Francis often gets the credit but it wasn't him either apparently but a humble French spiritual magazine in about 1912. Another time when peace was sorely needed.

Thank you for the video, I really enjoyed your meditation. I have one more request: could you please move the ads to the beginning and end of the video? I’m in a flow of calm and light, but then suddenly hear the loud voice from two ads, which disrupts my focus and feels like a mental shock.
