I just ordered mine today after my Noritz blew the heat exchanger. What a joke it is to try and repair a Noritz. And they want $1700 US just for the parts.

What Nick doesn't tell you is after this water heater is installed by a plumbing professional, it produces NO hot water. Simple? Nor my opinion.
What is the meaning of your comment. I have this in my new home and it is wonderful. A certified plumber installed it, as the owner manual requires.
