DEF ED's Literacy Laboratory at Veterans Elementary

Exciting news! 🎉 On Friday, September 6th, the DEF-ED Literacy Laboratory visited Veterans Elementary in Macon, GA-the first school in Middle Georgia to adopt our curriculum! We had an amazing time providing an interactive overview for teachers in grades 3-5 and are thrilled to offer ongoing support with resources, content planning, and model lessons in the weeks to come.
Our program not only boosts engagement in ELA, Social Studies, and the Arts but also offers SEL support through mentorship training, conflict resolution, and decision-making experiences.
