Slow cooking on the Ecozoom Versa rocket stove, starting up with wood chip, cooking with wood sticks, slow cooking with charcoal briquettes. Keep at a slow simmer.

This is what I have been looking for, I have one of these stoves but I could not figure out the exact purpose of the "power ring" and you are the first person I have seen using it, thank you, you are a fine cook by the way.
