This song helped me and my girlfriend stay together. We were both dealing with lots. We are married now. I wouldn’t want to go through any hardships without her. Growing with her is amazing.

Still, I was unsure about putting it on the list because it starts in a seemingly bad place and was initially a breakup song, but in the end I put it there as a later track. I was supposed to walk down the isle to one of the wedding classics. Then on the wedding day, our music player malfunctioned - at first it wasn't playing at all and I thought, great, so we have no wedding music. Then at last it started playing, but the order of the tracks was all scrambled, and this song came out as the first one. I teared up and thought, okay, I guess it was meant to be. It was meaningful, heartfelt and perfect.
