absolutely, they reached their peak with a view to a kill (wish they did a whole album with that chemistry) and then power station (my favourite of the two side bands) and arcadia showed where their influences were , very inspirating...and then back together (three of them) for the Notorius album,mature ,inspired and full of cool songs....definetely was a Duran Fan, and today i m slowly going back to their roots listening to Rio on replay,and still i m amazed by their musical skills....ask today to young bands ,if they can play those songs, with bass riffs, amazing keys arrangements ans such "sexy" vocals,not only high, but sexy....

And the song itself is fantastic--it possesses the smoldering, atmospheric vibe which distinguishes the film. A case of a theme song which REALLY matches the film.

He's an excellent singer, writer, songwriter and most all musician and actor. He was in a movie called Sugar Town with Rosanna Arquette. I heard he was pretty good in that. So he has been successful without DD too!!!
