It’s crazy seeing MFB beys in X format. All we need is upgraded Bakuten and Burst beys to fit the X style and this would be solidified as the perfect series
DranzerS, DrigerS, DracielS and DragoonS all already have remakes in X or have remakes coming out within the next 6 months. There will be more MFB as well as burst remakes coming as well. We already know of Storm Pegasus and Victory Valkyrie for MFB and Burst respectively
I know it’s a bit of a stretch but I wish Samurai Ifrit got a remake. Could you Imagine Xover project Samurai Ifrit 9-70 with either Rush, Gear Flat or Accel maybe even Elevate as homage to Circle Flat.
i've never clicked a video so fast! did you find any differences in the orientation of 3-60? i found 7-60 balances a little better for me because you can line up the large point with the biggest divot in the upper blade
I actually just don’t agree with low flat on this build I think. I could be wrong but what I’m seeing is a significant amount of scraping and jumping that could be avoided if it was just a little off the ground. Something with a point or higher friction could help with all the self KOs too, my money is on gear flat/gear point/cyclone. I also think gear flat could be interesting to help it catch the x line even when it’s tilted at an angle, so even if it’s stamina doesn’t really increase it might be able to get more out of it. If you wanna stick to low flat I think 9-60 could be interesting to increase the distance from the blade to the ground and hopefully prevent the jumping. Anyway that’s just what I’m seeing, I’ll find out this Saturday when I get my hands on one of these myself
I watched that Zanke video earlier of LLD vs cobalt dragoon, and about half way through he seemed to discover the sauce and just stopped losing with LLD. I wonder what he found.
Do you think you could try either CobaltDragoon on Elevate or L-Drago on elevate or potentially both at some point? I’m curious to see which one spin steals better. I’m sure it’s Dragoon but I’d like to be sure.
barrage blade L drago does it best but the impact is so high in X that you're probably only going to win from spin steal 1/10 times at best in a real match.
Imo, flat works out only a bit more. Ive brought a lot of rod matches to a draw and any other bey, flat on ldrago upper does great work so maybe the extra tiny bit of stamina from flat could be the needed change
Surely barrage is very close to the same performance huh? I got a random booster for this coming in and I’m just anticipating pulling the worse of the 2 lol
Have you tried various other ratchets and tested both orientations of each to find the most balanced combo? Maybe launch it on the needle bit in test launches so you can see it more easily?
I've seen some videos that said it performed the best on stock combo, at least from the limited testing they did. I wonder if the L-Dragos of the same modes have different molds, with the imbalanced parts on different orientations, kinda like KnightShield.
@@mythplatypuspwned From what we can tell by comparing several LLDs, it doesn't *appear* to have KnighShield Syndrome, but we do only have 3 copies of each to compare.
KS Syndrome is a bit hard to explain without pictures, but basically, KS has three different orientations. There is a spot with extra weight and the plastic part can be rotated 3 different ways, meaning the blade will balance tune wildly different based on which orientation you get. LLD does not suffer from this issue.
2-60 is actively detrimental. It interferes with x dashes and is very prone to self bursting. We don't care for LF on shark/primal it definitely works but we prefer Flat.
Back in MFB I used to always use L Drago in barrage mode with 85XF, which is pretty close to Low Flat like this. Sadly it seems the playstyle of light taps to push people over the edge doesn't translate to the unfortunately gutted state L Drago was released in. I'm glad they made it playable at least 😢 just so painful to watch it bounce around better than any build on Quake ever could. It's L Drago on a shelf and a meme in the stadium. This does have notably better spin steal than Dragoon which is kind of neat. I can't say this bey is bad. I can say that I expected the same classic beatdown playstyle... not the best jump attacker in X... lol
Eyyyy got your LLD! I think C could work due to it' control, speed, and low height to upper beys tho I have not done the testings. Great vid guys!
They did not have to make LLD so off-balanced...
If it weren't unbalanced it will be a spin-stealing menace, this is to make the game balanced.

they'd probably make DiscFlat, like hwo they have DiscBall!!
Watch TT remake Meteo Ldrago in The X Over project and they give him the first 50 height rachet so he can spin steal as good as the MFB version
I'm placing my bets on it having 3-60 and cyclone.

No, for us at least making 3 not line up made it burst really easily, and 7 was bursting a lot too, even on high res bits
Have you guys ever considered making a personal tier list? Would love to see it!

We are no stranger to balance tuning. LLD is so imbalanced that even 1 can't save it. They did this on purpose.

9-60 wouldve been more resistant to bursting if it did happen to burst with 3-60
