      Thanks for sharing my friend - what are your plans now that you've started the 2 policies? Hope to hear about your progress moving forward!

    I never knew what a PLOC was until a friend of mine mentioned the term. When I did my initial research, it sounded too good to be true. Why aren't the banks advertising this product more compared to their other products? They cant sell a product that their clients don't know exists.....

    That's so awesome that you're able to do that Matt. I'm slowly but surely hopefully on the right track to get there too. Generally speaking, it wise to use DW to pay down CC debt?

      @VIPFinancialEd  7 лет назад +1

      Thanks Mr. Meier! Yes you are. Every single person can do this if they build correctly. Under several circumstances, yes. IE: High interest rates, high min payment obligations, and a goal to increase credit scores. Debt Weapons can improve each of these goals.

    You know I'm pretty sure the people who challenge you couldn't walk out of the bank with $1000 dollars let alone $50k.

      I appreciate the idea Joseph...we've done that before with several people we didn't know, and it worked out great. At this point, we have such a long waiting list that it's just not a necessary technique to accomplish our goals. Definitely stay plugged into the channel for all the free education you can handle. Cheers, friend!

      Thanks for the info but currently the fee exceeds my monthly income as my online business is new and i dont have enough cash flow for that at the moment unless you know a way that i can use to be able to aford it ?
      Also i wanna thank you for the piggyback technique as i used it a few months ago and it brought my credit score up from 605 all the way up to 738 on one and 770 on the other reporting agency in only two weeks as even though i had no bad credit reports on my credit i just haddent used my credit in many years..If you want to tell people hoe it brought up my credit on your videos its fine with me as thats powerful feedback . Just do me one favor and add my business link to your videos please thanks and here is the link.

    Dude is a knowing Businessman and millionaire of course he got an access to all kind of credit lines.. I bet in that Chase bank they not even asking his ID, cause everyone knows him.. What is the point? Doesn't mean that average Joe six-pack can get same results... Lets show Warren Buffet, how he walks around with bags full of cash :) Happy New Year...!

      Point is, we started in the exact same place as every person on this channel. It took, courage, consistency, and patience. In 2009 I had 9 missed mortgage payments and short sold a 4-plex. Sitting around and comparing yourself to other people instead of taking action is just a bunch of BS, 'Joe Six-Pack'. As long as you keep making excuses, you can expect to stay exactly where you are.

    Im disabled....make 16k a year (1300.00 take home pay.... n have zero saved....have 1400.00 in expenses a month) what can u recommend me to do?

    • @VIPFinancialEd
      @VIPFinancialEd  7 лет назад +2

      Hello Norma. I have been on that side of cash flow myself and understand how you are feeling. Keep in mind, in spite of how we feel, money boils down to math. Your current cash flow is calculated by subtracting all your expenses from what you earn. According to your comment, that leaves -$100 monthly which is a dangerous place, obviously. There are only 2 ways to increase that number. Make more and spend less. $1,400 monthly for expenses is not a lot. In fact it's unusually low. Therefore, it's unlikely you can cut much which only leaves one option. Earn more. Have you given thought to what you might be capable of doing to earn money? Have you looked into online e-commerce? Do you have a good working vehicle?

      VIPFinancialEd unfortunately im disabled so unable to work..... however I have been trying to get cash gigs here n there by doing surveys in person from different companies. But its not guaranteed. 1400.00 is low.... n thats coming from my employets long term disability company....if i get social security which im hoping not to.....id only get 900.00 a month. This is why i cant work....id jepordize my LTD money and unfortunately cant work due to my health. However i could work from home.....im capable just unable to unless its a cash gig...... do u have any jobs u need help with?
      I dnt kno what to do..... i have debt....but not 10k worth to qualify for any type of bankruptcy or consolidation...thankfully i no longer owe school loans since they removed them due to disability.
