    this actually makes so much sense, i ride a bike quit3 often and its like the running thing, as u speed up all hell breaks loose, but maintaining speed is easy

      Newton’s laws of motion basically. It takes more force to get something moving at the beginning but maintaining a speed requires less

      @@antyydote osu players are terrible at socializing dude just try going into that one huge osu discord that pops up on search. every time you join its just mfs trying to stream their gameplay and spamming multis with 7-9 stars when playing with 6 digits lmao.

    As a stamina player. I know very well why Furioso Melodia is way more stamina draining than 'The Words I've Never Said'.
    It changes speed between streams.

      another good example is ice angel, while it’s a lower bpm than words i never said, there are more complicated finger control patterns and also 1/6 bursts that make the ending really difficult for the star rating

    I like how DigitalHypno explains things but sometimes I don't quite get it, I love the way Ed put it, it actually makes so much more sense to me now and somehow has even helped me improve my speed since I was approaching it in the wrong way all together

    What an explanation. That's when someone is truly good at something they can break it down into easy to understand parts and give analogies. Shame chat is memeing to much to appreciate what eds trying to convey and answer that guys question

    This is so true for me. I can stream up to 200bpm comfortably but i still struggle with consistently nailing 185bpm range and it’s because i make 1 mistake or input late which causes me to speed up and overstream and i can’t slow back down so i die or ruin acc.

    The process of slowing down is even harder than speeding up to sync, because if you slow down more than you need to you'll be speeding up again and then the stamina is just ppPoof.

    Hes talking about how the speed change kills stamina but when i do 130 bpm streams it kills my finger control, i try to not overstream and end up streaming 120, then instatly 180, and i just compleatly lose track of what is going on

      im 350k can stream 210 but bad acc almost passed raise my sword but died near the end because i stopped to fix my grip and died xD

    But the problem for me is getting a cicle in my hand, how you do that? Is like, I can't stream 190bpm and barely 180bpm (200k, yeah I'm bad) becouse I start good but then I can't keep up the speed, is not stamina becouse I don't get tired, is just, I can't keep it up without notelocking or fingerlocking

      yo, i have the same problem, i play 200bpm stream maps everyday and i can't see progress because i keep fingerlocking on streams or some shit like that

      Just try to alternate a bit, it'll slowly help your fingerlock problem for sure

    So my left hand (my tapping hand) can at most stream a solid 200 for only like 5 seconds but my right hand (aim hand) can go up to 418 bpm but again only for like 5 seconds.
