This was an extremely simple and well done explanation.
true
this actually makes so much sense, i ride a bike quit3 often and its like the running thing, as u speed up all hell breaks loose, but maintaining speed is easy
Skill issue🥱
Newton’s laws of motion basically. It takes more force to get something moving at the beginning but maintaining a speed requires less
@@choppa6506 agreed
Professor BTMC teaching us to play osu!. Love to see it.
His chat is memeing saying ''huh'' ''what?''''skill issue'' but this is like a genuinely good explanation.
the chat is a bunch of cancerous 6 digits so i wouldnt be suprised xd
Twitch chat is full of idiots
@@antyydote osu players are terrible at socializing dude just try going into that one huge osu discord that pops up on search. every time you join its just mfs trying to stream their gameplay and spamming multis with 7-9 stars when playing with 6 digits lmao.
@@michelangeloxiv2172 i fully agree dude lol, im terrible at socializing too so i kinda feel them
@@michelangeloxiv2172 that's one of the things that vexes me. It's like "congratulations! You have small dick syndrome!"
This is honestly a really well done explanation
Good explanation, with proper examples. Once again I wish Ed's chat wasnt so brain dead and would appreciate more when he does things like these.
Yeah...
true
"skill issue"
-ed's chat
btmc explains how hard it is to be a top player when the answer is just play more
As a stamina player. I know very well why Furioso Melodia is way more stamina draining than 'The Words I've Never Said'.
It changes speed between streams.
Thats crazy
another good example is ice angel, while it’s a lower bpm than words i never said, there are more complicated finger control patterns and also 1/6 bursts that make the ending really difficult for the star rating
@torito That's funny, I made it my new long term goal today to fc that with EZ
Dang good Ed, i hope you gave us more of your knowledge about clicking circles for years.
I like how DigitalHypno explains things but sometimes I don't quite get it, I love the way Ed put it, it actually makes so much more sense to me now and somehow has even helped me improve my speed since I was approaching it in the wrong way all together
i would love to see ed lecture these hard subjects to other players. that would be really entertaining
Btmc would be an awesome teacher!
Damn thanks Ed for explaining on simple way
I'm practicing how to stream for 2 weeks
thank you for the well done explanation
This is something I've been starting to notice myself after learning to stream a little, cool to know I'm not alone
We’re playing in the same world with the same physics
@@richman2601 yup, but sometimes things are just your imagination, individual experience varies a lot.
thanks for reminding me i cant pass ice angel as a near 3 digit
do you play in antarctica or something?
@@mataeus. nah bro
Can you pass Ice Angel now?
What an explanation. That's when someone is truly good at something they can break it down into easy to understand parts and give analogies. Shame chat is memeing to much to appreciate what eds trying to convey and answer that guys question
This is so true for me. I can stream up to 200bpm comfortably but i still struggle with consistently nailing 185bpm range and it’s because i make 1 mistake or input late which causes me to speed up and overstream and i can’t slow back down so i die or ruin acc.
I feel you that's me with 190 and 175.
"I literally FC'd everything... Until I missed"
-BTMC 2022
This actually makes alot of sense, hard to explain but holy crap this is relatable af
I actually never thought of this. But totally makes sense
u are so amazing when u explain us the question in osu
Digital Hypno?????
Thank you for the useful information btmc
The process of slowing down is even harder than speeding up to sync, because if you slow down more than you need to you'll be speeding up again and then the stamina is just ppPoof.
True
That chat is full of npc's ngl. He's trynna explain it in a way even a 6 digit can understand and all they say is "skill issue" or "just singletap".
speed is the result of good technique and stamina
in every kind of sport you can apply that
Bro I’m doing habib’s stamina study and I can relate since I’m not a very good stream one trick as much as a jump trick
I agree with this but it is not explaining speed vs stamina it's explaining accuracy in stamina
what if i become so fast that when i run out of stamina its consistently 245 bpm
im watching this video with DT
i like how theres not a single person in his chat taking him seriously
What are you even expecting from twitch chat lol
I understand now
me listening to this video paying full attention then realizing I can't even do the streams he's talking about 😂
Wow Ed said something smart
Hes talking about how the speed change kills stamina but when i do 130 bpm streams it kills my finger control, i try to not overstream and end up streaming 120, then instatly 180, and i just compleatly lose track of what is going on
You're having a similar issue i think, i could be wrong tho
I would've chuckled if Ed said; 'Thanks for coming to my Ted talk."
when Im mashing, I cant even reach the speed of 170 lmao
Bro same i always hover around 158-162 lmao
I think you guys should work out your hand mobility more
ruclips.net/video/H6y0D_8kRoU/видео.html here is a good video
im 350k can stream 210 but bad acc almost passed raise my sword but died near the end because i stopped to fix my grip and died xD
@@airgames1000 yoyo ty for this lol
The T in BTMC stands for teacher
yes
I can't even maintain the speed let alone speed up and slow down properly
play more
@@me-bf7ip I have 900 hours lol
@@jukedem play more stream maps that have your targeted bpm then
Yeah, i can stream 250 bpm for sooo long, but 270 is like way too fast for me after like 16 circles
Good explanation wtf
doing that kind of stamina is alternative to accuracy
wouldn't that be a finger control issue ?
But the problem for me is getting a cicle in my hand, how you do that? Is like, I can't stream 190bpm and barely 180bpm (200k, yeah I'm bad) becouse I start good but then I can't keep up the speed, is not stamina becouse I don't get tired, is just, I can't keep it up without notelocking or fingerlocking
yo, i have the same problem, i play 200bpm stream maps everyday and i can't see progress because i keep fingerlocking on streams or some shit like that
Just try to alternate a bit, it'll slowly help your fingerlock problem for sure
This happens to me when i play euphoria
He talks about running like hes done it before LOL.
me: hardly passes 160 bpm streams ;_;
Ok, now i can stream 250 bpm
Beginner stream tuto when?😂
hi
Btmschool
DigitalHypno? pff no
I prefer BTMC
fr this is 20 minutes ago
reading chat while he explains this is so cringe
“245 bpm is not hard”
me, who can barely stream 200:
me who can barely stream 170: 💀
So my left hand (my tapping hand) can at most stream a solid 200 for only like 5 seconds but my right hand (aim hand) can go up to 418 bpm but again only for like 5 seconds.
418??? What???
“budget ryuk” (if u know what i mean)
sounds like a 5 minute excuse for a skill issue
