Overall, with that film and those lighting conditions, I much prefer the Konica...and I own a Canon Rebel G, which I consider to be an excellent and very capable camera. It just seemed the Canon overexposed the highlights and underexposed shadow details, which came off looking harsh and unnaturally contrasty in comparison to the Konica. Which is not an issue I've had with my Rebel G, but then again, I typically don't shoot that kind of Fuji film. What lens did you have on the Canon? To me though, other than some of the underexposed shots, the pics the Konica produced just have a very classic and classy look to them. Much better highlight and shadow exposure latitude than the Canon with much more appealing colours and skin tones. Nice compositions too.
I used the EF 50 mm lens on it. One thing I didn't not was that there was a loading error with the Konica so the film didn't feed through properly which is why I think the pictures look so much different. I do plan on doing another comparison video with these two cameras using the Ektar 100 film or Portra 160/400.
I couldn't enjoy you video because of that very HORRIBLE background "music"! Next time, please loose the creepy sound track. Your likely to get many more "Hits"! Best of luck.

I think you meant "lose" not "loose" the two often get confused unfortunately.
