1. Holding can be called anytime. It’s pass interference that has a cat able requirement.
2. He held 2 or 3 separate times on that play and that ball certainly had a chance at being caught if there was zero holding.

It's no joke that the NFL and every other pro league is registered as an entertainment business. It's pure fact. They have zero legal obligation to supply a fair athletic competition. All they have to do is make sure such and such teams perform at such and such place to complete the event regardless if you like the ending.
