I mean this thing is going full on the Arduboy look and I really dig in, the down side is that front clear shell is gonna get scratch really easy sadly, if I buy one im gonna make sure to use some kind of screen protector
After 2 months, how do you feel about it? Edit: Ok, after 4 months-- there's cfw that fixes all of the issues. GmenuNX runs on it. Emus are updated. You don't have to run the sucky Trimui user interface/emulators unless you REALLY want to.
@@kevinmorrice There's work on the CFW. It fixes all of the issues. I can't put this thing down now. It blows away most other small devices, but you need to put the cfw on your card to get those benefits.
Can you do a video on how to replace the glass lens on a pocketgo v2 there's nothing on how to do it. Mine is cracked and I dont wanna break the screen too.
HYPE....(D!* ?) Just happened upon this while browsing AE, but good enough, if y'all are working on CFW, count me in. I know it's more costly than the PocketGo, but I even like the case and etc. On that, so worrying about it in my pocket.... This seems that nice medium between transparent calculator, and functional pda, it may look "cheap" to some, but I'm excited to see what comes out of it. I have special places for my RetroMini, and PocketGo... This no doubt is a sweet little device, and will be very helpful instead of burning my phone's battery. Excited to see what you guys come up with!
This is a product for someone who buys these retro gaming machines because they like the form factor and how it looks, not for someone who actually plays what they buy. I'd imagine it would sell extremely well if it was $40 and sold on Amazon.
And I hope someone in the homebrew comunity make a better UI with boost in emulator performance because I got all my hopes destroyed the moment I saw running Mario Kart really slow
Almost look like a cassette tape lol but naw im joking this thing look sweet im definitely gonna have to get me i have a retroid pocket 2 on the way....yo nice video
I think $50 is a bit much for this handheld. Right off the bat, the presentation kills it for me. The console itself is tiny and with these Big Man Hands, I'd cramp up minutes after I started playing. The clear shell design is not my cup of tea. The way it ran emulators was awful. I'm gonna pass on this one
It's a great vídeo!.. about what I think is a terrible device 🤷 Thank you anyway for your efforts to make the video and please keep going with your great work. ✌️😁
This could be nice for f.ex. GB or GBC. A bit sad that you only try out more demanding games/emulators. And it fits beautifully in the pocket. With an RG351, you look like you're sexually harassing someone (Bulge in the pants) ^^

PROS: portability
CONS: everything else
CONS: Blind
i bought one out of curiosity, its basically a 5 dollar emulator in a 45 dollar case, its junk

@Klaus Sperger I've always got one in my bag. The CFW has really come a long way and unlocked it. I even got it to run Quake 1 and 2.
@@jedewitz At minute 5:00 do you know which is the video game specifically of dragon ball and which emulator does it use?
Just ordered one
I did too.
Cute handheld 😁

Sounds Great
That is AWESOME!
Can it be displayed on a flat screen?
The Emulator Arcade is FBA or MAME?
Glad I''ve order this during black friday, cant wait to get this in my hands!

What are you talking about? I play what I buy. I even play with my crappy Retroid Pocket 2. Hopefully this device has buttons like the GBA SP.
Love ur videos
Have l and r buttons?
Nice presentation
thx for sharing.
Very good looking console, i like it very much. But i agree that it is a little to pricey. Maybe around 35 USD instead?
If we could develop for it like the arduboy...
And I hope someone in the homebrew comunity make a better UI with boost in emulator performance because I got all my hopes destroyed the moment I saw running Mario Kart really slow
@Blitzen well now not all of my dreams are destroyed XD
Isn’t there a powkiddy coming out that looks like this

You always pass. Buy something. Give it to your girl.
The RG351 is pretty good.

2"???😵
it looks like a $30 handheld tbh. not worth 50
What a horrible performing handheld , who in that company let this one out? I'd be embarrassed to attach my name to such a handheld.

i think that's overpriced
Face reveal pls ? 😅
