I ordered mine in a white colourway. I've a feeling that this unit will enter my daily vertical handheld rotation along with my Miyoo Mini, RG35XX Plus and my RG40XXV. Thanks for the excellent review lad. As long as we're good up to and including the 4th Gen then we be fine.
What device would u suggest out of those that u have, I'm looking for a pocketable, not cheap feeling and good enough feeling so I could at least have a few hours without having hand cramps
@@hhxte3185 Honestly, and full disclosure - I've a bloody huge collection of handhelds of all designs but I prefer verticals; the best is still, for me, the Miyoo Mini. With Onion OS, the Miyoo Mini is just awesome and best of all it's made really well and it's totally pocketable, really, it's a legend for a reason and the legend only costs $53 US.
@@hhxte3185 BTW, my number 2 might surprise you but it's the RG35XX Plus. It strikes a middle ground and is such a fantastic handheld with muOS or stock.
If you all notice. The Trimui Brick is designed influenced by the Analogue Pocket. The usb-c flash port between the the Brick's triggers replaces the cartridge slot between the triggers of the Analogue Pocket. That usb--c serves a similar purpose to a cartridge slot!
I will be trying out that video media player with the Brick. I plan to use a few SanDisk 1TB Ultra Dual Drive Luxe USB flash drives, they are slim enough to fit in the usb-c port between the triggers. I'll have different TV shows and movies on each flash drive, switching between them when needed!
Finally! This is the review I've been waiting on. The Trimui Brick, Analogue Pocket look-a-like. I'm especially curious about the usb-c flash drive port between the triggers. I have some ideas of what I will use it for.
Was on the fence about buying this but this video sold me on the white one. The build quality looks great and the RGB looks so clean.
This is and will be the best one ! Better than Miyoo Mini Plus. All i want is a full black, no transparent case.
I think so as well!
It looks really cool. Trimui nailed it! ✌🏻

Why have 4 devices with same form-factor, same screen and same performances? Only one is enouth (or with different screen, different form-factor...).

@@duckypresents thanks I have portmaster and Pico8 spore working
Trimui should release a Silver Edition Brick.

we need the Official CrossMix OS Release!!!
@@EliasPfaiffer soon
I was really hoping for a size comparison between these vertical handhelds, such as Miyoo Mini/plus, etc.
@@guangsihan can do on the next video.
Wonder if you can easily swipe out the battery for a higher capacity one. Also, wondering, will Trimui release a dock for the Brick?
@@jonathonearl482 it's pretty easy to dismantle and access the battery very easy
@@RGhandhelds That's nice to know!
Idk if I missed this. But can you change the LED colors to any color desired? Or is there a stock color on each device
Pretty sure you can my guy, the colors are different across all the videos I have seen so far.
Maybe I missed it, but how is the sound quality? That's the only thing I don't love on my Smart Pro.
@@Chris-xx80 it's good and getting better on each update since we get updates in the background before official release
hows the type-c charging? Does it need a specific cable or can i put any cable on it?
@@rykroll2678 any cable should work.
Does this do Bluetooth audio? Thank you
Does it allow fast-forwarding games on GBA and DS?
Will the Brick accept a 2TB micro sd card?
So, when is the red and purple available?
@@chilly6470 I will announce it here on the channel
@@RGhandhelds OK, thanks.
Is it possible to use a trimui smart pro sd card in this device and have same roms / emulators / etc ? Looks like the same OS

Such a beautiful device. Any info when the red and purple will be available for preorder?
@@khzz90 no information yet but should not be too far away
Had they made this with the 3.5 display, it wouldn't be as pocketable. I believe that's the reason Trimui chose a 3.2 display for the Brick.
Sure it would.
i wish it had sticks :(
Have you sent this out to Shaun Inman of MinUI ?

Great looking device. Wish they had put a better cpu in it.
