High skill, low ego. Steve, himself, has these values reversed.
"How do you deal with getting trolled on your own site?"
"I blatantly edit their critical comments."
HE DO
I'd count that as a troll back
"Reddit is a Place where you can be your true Self"
Ah right. reddit doesn't censor
What type of content do they censor?
Abiola Sulaiman modernliberals.com/yes-reddit-is-censoring-racists-and-that-isnt-a-violation-of-free-speech/
I have no problem with a platform censoring conservative views. It's their right as a private company. But if you do that, don't play like your for free speech or a platform where everybody can be their true self. There are instances where peole can cleary not.
mrgeringer Conservatives need to be blocked and censored in every part of the internet
The left hates freedom lol
I've only started to get into reddit and boy its very censored. im called a troll if i point out how 100 million people died from communism last century.
"Information is power. But like all power, there are those who want to keep it for themselves" - That Steve Huffman sits in the position that belongs to Aaron Swartz, before the government essentially killed him, is the most sick twist of irony imaginable.
I don't think I like this lad.
"I troll them back"
he edits their comments
"biggest gap between skill and ego" - this will stick with me for the rest of my career. thanks
problem is you need a certain amount of ego in great leaders though otherwise everyone ends being held back
jazeboy69 True, I think people just need to know their own worth so they don’t get ripped off or trampled on.
Yes
that how you hire an employee, extremely good with little to zero ego so you won't fight back for what you think is true. And that is super bad, extremely, extremely bad
This had nothing to do with how he works.
forrealz
Dude wants to profit from the API, good luck with that 😂
"What's your secret vice?"
Steve: *Don't say cannibalism don't say cannibalism don't say cannibalism*
Steve: "Dancing 🙂"

I used to be obsessed with this site. Now I never use it.
It's not good for anything but commie circlejerks and hasn't been for several years.
IT Is Absolute Trash.
@@SpatialAndTemporalEvangelicals lol
how I work? Well I shut down all opinions that disagree with my own just like germany in the 1930s
lol
Reddit isn’t a place of free speech, because a mod got mad at me for submitting a post showcasing how very stupid someone else was. If I can admire someone, then I should be able to look down on someone too - that is true equality.
Incorrect, even your actually freedom of speech has limitations. Slandering someone's name is not free speech at all... it's a way if bullying someone and trying to publicly humiliate them.
Lol
@@justtrickzz8637 thanks. its incredible that these guys dont get this..it is the right of reddit to decide what stands on their platform and what not.
@@justtrickzz8637 law against that?
@@justtrickzz8637 still a free speech, and the affected person also has the right to sue too.
now what comes next is up to who got a better lawyer
Dooshe bag
WORST CEO EVER!!!!!!
Reddit isn't at all a place where you can be anything you want. Reddit is a place where if you aren't American, you have different sense of humor, if you don't like puns, if you have different opinions than everyone else you are not going to have a good time.
The karma systems is where everything goes to shit. Opinions that go against the hive-minded grain of that particular subreddit will get downvoted, therefore automatically being hidden and viewed as pejorative due to the negative sign. Also, the overt circle-jerking and sjw bullshit serves to be nothing but cancer most of the time.
Trying to debate if he's the worst CEO or youtubes Susan
After whats happening currently, we all know the answer
dont ask stupid questions
Can I please expect more videos on "how I work" because I love watching it and mainly Sundar pichai
0:40 Going to gay night clubs. But how can he say it differently?
1:09 so a high tech robot basically
Nice to know him
I don't know who is the worst: Chairman Pao or Steve Huffman?
Ms. Pao didn't do anything wrong. You neckbeard redditors are a cancer
I never realized Steve Buscemi's son was the CEO of Reddit...
I dont even get how Reddit works.
So he looks for low ego. Because that would be perfect modern days slave? In order to become very strong in sports or in any skill - you have to have high ego and be very competitive!
Wall Street Journal sucks
Thanks
the moder erah adjusts the requstions of statemetns to puter-appalbe ajustucations of welfates in the q systems
Reddit was a favorite bookmarking site for many aspiring SEOs during its initial years. They have come a long way and transformed into much more than mere a bookmarking site.
Time change to 10.30 am due to cooking morning routine
Narcissist
First of all I want to say disadvantage, I am too far away from technology. I completed by post graduated in space research in the year 2017 January. Now it is 2023 ,now I am studying psc( public service job in Kerala). I don't how much I can update. My system is too too slow model 2017.
I'm a lifelong pacifist, but...
How I work:
A lot of talking, none of it is about how I work.
dont blame the guy, blame the interviewer
i wonder whats chairman pao is doing rite now.

What's Redit ?
A platform with far fewer users than it pretends to have. Now that will drop by half or more.
It Is An Absolute Trash Website With An Absolute Trash CEO Which Is 100X Worse Than Susan Wojcicki !

Interviewer: “How often do you get trolled on your own site?”
Steve: “Every single day.”
Interviewer: “How do you deal with that?”
Steve: “I troll them back.”
A true savage. 😂 👍
naah he just deletes their posts
censoring opposing views, you can call that trolling
but its garbage.
Hello, I'm new to forex trade And have been making huge losses but I recently see a lot of people earning from it. Can someone please tell me what I'm doing wrong
All you need now is a professional broker else you gonna continue blowing of your account.
Mr Mcdonald Cooper trading services strategies is working for me at the moment and am making good profit from forex and crypto trading.
My first investment with Mr Mcdonald Cooper trading services gave me profit of over $24,000 and ever since then he has never failed to deliver and I can even say he's the most sincere broker I have ever known
Same here its four months now I started investing with them and it's been a good experience
Honestly, this is where my question lies I have lost over $950 in trading. How can I be oriented or educated about forex trade
He's better than Susan Wojcicki
