I also recommend to listen to music in English, search for the lyrics and translation to understand it and try to sing it. You improve in your listening skills, vocabulary and translation skills and pronunciation skills!

I love your suggestions! The clips you played for guided meditation made me think of ASMR. It's not for everyone but there are many ASMR role play videos in situations like at the hairdresser's, at the doctor's, talking to friend etc...where you will definitely hear vocabulary specific to those topics! Though you might have to fight to stay awake and actually hear the vocabulary 😂😂

I’m just afraid that I use daily two accents. British and American one. Hard to focus on one because on the one side Im listening to you and on the other side I use often American slang 🤔 my good mate in job force me to speak American English than British English 😂😂😂
Lmao slang isnt for job its informal language when u are at ur job u should speak formal language and it doesn't matter American or britch as long as u are speaking fluently

People tend to forget when feeling nervous,stay focus and relax is the key.
