It's really a shame because the animators do such an amazing job which adds so much depth to the show. The issue is that hand animation takes a lot of time and patience so now computer animation is the standard.

Vegeta and Goku are the perfect duo for fusion. They complement each other's shortcomings. Vegeta is too tensed when he fights, always thinking about his next move which hinders his abilities, while Goku has the tendency to let his guard down or drag the fight longer that it should.
I admire vegeta for not wanting to fuse. Just like I admire all the natural bodybuilders and powerlifters we're built different and don't need that help. We're enhanced by God himself
Vegeta always concedes to Kakarots strength and strategy, it's incredible how throughout the course of the series they've grown accustomed to self-sacrifice. The immensity of this moment is preposterous 😮
I always loved this scene cause its basically an ode to joy to their rivalry. Vegeta and goku show us figuratively and literally how opposites can put aside their ego and become something greater as a whole. As soon as gogeta is born instantly they reap the rewards from their amends. At the end they give an almost understanding tone of a thank you due them gaining each others memories and experiences and they understand one another deeper than a personal level. I’m not 100 certain this is true or not but i read something that said it was cannon and its was something along the lines of “as soon as they fuse they gain every memory of the other” its makes sense as how they know each others moves when they fuse but its prolly not true cause a lot more stuff wouldve been explained after the fact. But man such a wonderful conclusion from a figurative standpoint
Best DBZ film by far. This version of Gogeta was way better than Super's recolored Vegito. Z Gogeta felt like the first godlike character in the series. Especially with his ultimate attack with the dust. His demeanor, his presence, etc. So legendary.
