- In this episode, I’m still processing a breakup and dealing with the self-doubt that comes with it-but hey, I bounced back pretty quickly! I’ll share what a successful day of social interaction looks like for me, including my go-to tip for disguising my lack of social prep or skills.
I'll use my ‘Trader Joe’s victories’ as an example and show how I finally replied to a text from an old coworker.
Spoiler: I was exhausted, but proud. Socializing can be tough, so here’s your reminder to take it easy and celebrate the small wins. And remember, you’re not alone!

Happy to have found your videos! :)
I definitely overthink when texting as well. Congrats on your succesful response! And that shirt is super cool, I can see why people compliments you about it 😊
In my opinion, self doubts should not be buried within but instead, best to try understanding why you doubt yourself and figure out how you can make yourself more confident in your own identity.
Hey, nice to meet you! I found out that I'm on the spectrum as well 2 years ago at age 26. It does make life a bit of a challenge to say the least 😅😂.
Cool fact about erewhon! Sounds like a fun read.
in the documentary about you when you're famous because the world has noticed how awesome you are, there's probably a scene where someone interviews you about your early work and you have a really witty line prepared about the moment you realized you needed a lav mic... you are so wonderful but you are wonderful much more quietly than would be optimal in the parts where you're sitting farther back than usual from the camera.
Incredible video❤would be nice if the commentary was a bit louder, though it might be because of the editing software
For me, because I didn't find out I had Autism until now when I'm an adult, so the internalized belief I had as a child is that I'm annoying. This was the main thing that I worked on as part of my mask. The mask has its drawbacks though, which I've been finding out 😢.
