I didn't see a reason and couldn't figure out when to apply Yanfei's knowledge of rules into my animation, but I thought the whole thing turned out fine regardless. Nobody's perfect dude. When you're watching an animation, just roll with it and appreciate what you're watching.

I thought about it, but probably not sadly. The program I used was working WAAY too slow when I was halfway through this project. It was fustrating for me so I decided to cut it. Maybe I'll change my mind in the future. I am thinking of working on a very short alternate ending though. Not sure when I'll get it done though.

Great work! I’ve actually been watching plenty of ace attorney gameplay videos lately since I really enjoyed the plot and cases for the games itself! I just found out about the anime recently too! (Yes, I am that behind.) This is quite a magnificent masterpiece the algorithm has recommended and I did not regret every single second watching this! Well done!

After reading all comments, I feel there's not much to be said that hasn't already been said, but I just have this urge to say something and reiterate: THIS IS SO WELL DONE!! from Yanfei's custom animations, also Ganyu's, and the whole scrypt... As a fan of both Genshin and AA, I am left with no choice but to rule GUILTY! of unprecedented love, work and dedication to both series.
I never thought I'd see the day Allogenes and Ace Attorney made a crossover by someone from across the seven seas. Speaking of Yanfei as a Prosecutor; I'd say others would fill in the roles quite nicely as: Yelan - Detective; lorewise and her story, she does work undercover, probably makes her a bit more like Tyrell Badd mixed in with Miles' elegance. Zhongli - Judge, HANDS DOWN. Give him a beard/stache and he'd look even more DADDY as a judge. Though jokes aside, him and contracts would make him for a good overseer of courts. Alternatively; he could be alot like Justine Courtney too. Ayato - perhaps part of a police or fills in a similar role to that of Lana Skye i.e. a chief prosecutor but in the shadows; also someone as refined/composed as Kristoph Gavin (would also look better if he was given Kristoph's facial profile.) Bonus: Heizou's gonna be a good fit and all things considered, him being free-spirited and cheeky like Kay Faraday.

I just thought about making Yanfei a prosecutor because I've seen her in memes about being in court and I like her a lot. Meanwhile, Ganyu seemed fitting as a suspect imo because I can see someone as sweet and innocent like her being framed by another person. Plus I love her a lot lol.

While the latter's technically forensics, Travel/Ae does give information needed to Yelan so maybe H M M M M M Or also having their dynamic be like Shi Long Lang/Shi Na (though its mostly filling up the M->F and F->M comparison roles)

Would love to see a similar rendition to this, but with Neuvillette as judge, and Kuki Shinobu and Yanfei at opposing sides (Shinobu essentially going up against her upper classmen/senpai in this case) , and maybe with Navia as your legal counsel/Maya for Shinobu
Wow, this is insanely well made. The animations are clean, and the models *almost* look like they could fit right into the game. They are a bit more 3d looking that the others, though. Motion for dismissal on grounds of jurisdiction. Defendant and prosecutor are both from a completely different world than the court is situated. Yanfei is licensed within Teyvat and could not prosecute crimes committed outside of Teyvat, which this court is not able to try.

Btw, just for note - Yan Fei are the first and second names (vice versa, to be more accurate), same with Gan Yu. (btw, both Fei Yan and Yu Gan are based on historical people...) Why the hell for other languages, but Russia btw, they write that names together, like it's a one name and not second and first names - dunno, maybe to simplify for people....
Yan and Gan is Yanfei's and Ganyu's last name, they're both Chinese that's why their last name is different and putted with their name
