The trouble you will have (I had) that over time the vermiculite will halve in volume as you use the oven. This removes the insulation property and the oven is far less efficient. I recommend perlite because it is harder, perlite concrete mix even better. ✌🏼

I would add some white pebbles all around the top part.
it would have been much easier to use a castable refractory cement, tonce it is set then line it with a clay and sand slurry to seal it

Drum was 200l with a diameter of 60cm and the diameter of the pots was approx. 55cm

they dont tell you after maybe 3 uses they start to crack! and never use normal concrete to make tandoor it also cracks
You are right you should not use normal concrete. Use the special one for high temperature till 800 degree. I myself have not experienced any cracks.
