Bhai Mera shop hai or mai shop run kar raha hu toh profile kai liye working experience kaise show kare and my retail shop is not registered gst no and how could I take the salary in my account will it valid? or gst registration no is mandatory for receiving in the account

Bhai, agar teri shop registered nahi hai (GST nahi liya hai), tab bhi tu apne work experience ko justify kar sakta hai, bas tujhe thoda smartly present karna hoga.
1. Work Experience Show Karne Ka Tarika:
Tere paas officially registered company nahi hai, isliye tu self-employed ya business owner ke roop me apni profile bana sakta hai.
Job Title: Business Owner | Retail Entrepreneur
Company Name: Apni Shop Ka Naam (Chahe Toh XYZ Retail Store Likho)
Duration: Jab Se Tu Shop Chala Raha Hai (E.g., Jan 2022 - Present)
Responsibilities:
Sales aur customer handling
Inventory management
Supplier aur vendor negotiation
Basic accounting aur finance handling
Marketing aur promotion (Agar online bhi bech raha hai toh yeh likh)
Yeh sab LinkedIn ya resume me likhne se genuine work experience dikhega, chahe GST registered ho ya nahi.
2. Salary Apne Account Me Kaise Le?
Tere khud ke business ka salary lene ka best tarika hai:
Proprietorship Consider Kar: Tujhe koi formal salary structure nahi banana padega. Jo bhi profit tu kama raha hai, usko "Owner's Draw" ya "Business Income" bol kar apne personal account me transfer kar sakta hai.
UPI / Bank Transfer Use Kar: Tu apne shop ke revenue se apne bank account me ek fixed amount har month transfer kar (maan le ₹30,000-40,000) aur uska remark likh "Business Income / Owner’s Draw".
3. Kya GST Registration Mandatory Hai?
Nahi, agar teri annual turnover ₹40 lakh se kam hai (₹20 lakh for some states) toh GST compulsory nahi hai.
Lekin agar future me online sell karega ya kisi registered business se deal karega toh GST lena better hoga.
4. Bank Account Valid Rahega Kya?
Haan, personal saving account me bhi income aa sakti hai, par agar transactions high ho rahi hain toh bank puchega ki yeh source kya hai.
Tu apna current account khulwa sakta hai bina GST ke bhi.
Agar saving account use kar raha hai toh avoid kar ki ₹2-3 lakh se zyada monthly transactions ho, warna tax notice aa sakta hai.
Summary:
Work experience me "Retail Business Owner" ya "Self-Employed Entrepreneur" likh.
Salary apni shop ke profits se monthly ek fixed amount transfer kar "Business Income" remark ke saath.
GST tabhi jaroori hai jab turnover ₹40 lakh se upar ho ya B2B deals kare.
Personal bank account valid hai, lekin agar transactions high ho rahi hain toh current account khulwa le.
Agar business ko aur formalize karna chahta hai toh GST + Current Account + Udyam Registration karwa le, jo free hai aur small business ke liye faydemand hai.
