Kid should have won the Heisman, he got screwed over. The fact that Derek Henry won it and he didn't the year before is a joke.

Too bad a quarterback is going to win the Heisman again. But Melvin Gordon is a beast, his running abilities are so fun to watch.

Is there anything he doesn't do good? what's his injury record? He seems to have a good yards after contact.

6 more yards and we would have had 4 100 yard rushers...

J-Will at Arky is pretty good, but this guy Gordon is legit.

even tho he outruns pursuit angles i'm thinking he runs a 4.45-4.5 40

icecru2 Yea I'm not sure of his track speed, but his football speed is up there!

    • @icecru2

That's what I think, he runs with a similar stride than Jamaal Charles. But a little slower, he's a great talent though

Todd Gurley. Guy runs a 4.36 40 and a 10.70 100M time. Gurley has a lot more power than Gordon and is bigger as well. Gordon has decent vision, although I saw him miss a good bit of cutback lanes here. Gurley's vision is ridiculous. Anyone can run through big holes and cut outside against Bowling Green, but the defintion of a great back is to find a crease when the hole isn't there. Gurley's O-line has been average at best his entire tenure and he still finds ways to break tackles and find open space.

He wouldn't do this on Mississippi State. Benardrick Mckinney would shut that sweet shit down.

Gordon is awesome. You can also find serious holding on almost every play in this video.

Yeah sure you jagoff SERIOUSLY DID THEY HOLD ON THE SEASON HE RAN FOR 2500 YDS AND 408 YDS IN ONLY 3 QTRS VS NEBRASKA. just shut your mouth. Are they holding SERIOUSLY on every play on his 100 yd games with the NfL Chargers!!! and with the Broncos!!! Yeah best you try and get your foot out of your throat.

@@craigscheff8311 Duh, if you teach a lineman to hold, he holds all season long. Nebraska let him do that because they hated their coach and wanted him fired. 100 yards games w/chargers, bfd. My grandma had a 100 yard game for the chargers.

@@usertubeification no college player is going to risk career injury by not playing hard and getting themselves out of draft contention for a pro career nobosy tanks it in football on national tv. From the first practice as a kid you learn the value of team. You never played the game you never coached a game no athlete would risk their personal reputation to get a coach fired. You are a clown, and your comments that of an assinine illiterate. DUH Melvin Gordan is one of over 25 running backs with more than 3500 career yds at Wisconsin. So by your F ING comment holding is the reason. Just GTFO and over 61 lineman in the same span drafted BECAUSE THEY ALL HOLD!!!! STFU
