This is a great list for best Hollywood movies of all time. I like most picks and think that it strikes a great balance between important/popular and critically acclaimed. However a little more diversity would have made it perfect. This is something that online communities are better at than magazines. I feel like a cross between this list and Letterboxd top100 or so would have made a perfect list.

It seems that is 100+ My Top 10 (not in order): The Matrix, Gattaca, The Prestige, The Lives of Others, V for Vendetta,12 Angry men, Seven, Godfather 1-2, Blade Runner 1-2, Children of Man (Leon the Professional, Indy 3, Terminator 2, Aliens, Oldboy, Inception, Interstellar, Die Hard 3)
Very good selection of movies (although not all of them would fit into my top 100, I think.). My score: 84 films seen, to date, out of 100. A few catch-up sessions to come.
as a director/writer, i understand why these 3 are at the top from a movie-making standpoint. but when it comes to just LIKE, bias and all, i'd be hard-pressed to put them in my top 20. re-watching them is even burdensome to be honest.
This is the best “top 100 movies” list I’ve ever seen. Agree with almost all your picks, and I totally think Jaws is Spielberg’s best! Glad to see Se7en made it, it’s one my favorites! A bit sad Prisoners (Dennis Villeneuve) didn’t make it, but awesome list nonetheless!
