My A/C is working well after 6 years of my use (it had 13 K miles on it when I purchased it) and has never been serviced. Can I buy relatively inexpensive gauges for testing the pressure without buying the A/C Pro, as it may not be required?

I paid $33 and 10 weeks would be great.

AC pro works great for what it is designed to do. Lots of other stuff involved in an AC than just the coolant. From my experience the best test on if it will work is if your AC works but it just isn’t super cold. If it’s not blowing some cool air and it’s basically blowing ambient air temperature then you have something else wrong leaks, compressor, electrical. Now this isn’t gospel just a generalization

It works until it leaks again. Mine took about a month.

I have a question, I have the one with the blue Ac pro , the temperature is 40c and above. When I measure it, it is above 60 or 70 PSI, is it normal?

I used AC pro yesterday and it worked but only for about 5 mins. Once I test drove the car to see if it would get colder when the car was driving it slowly got hotter and hotter. Wasted $39.

Should have looked for leaks, let it run in your driveway or drive slow around the block so you can find leaks if there are any
