Education is free for primary and secondary level, it is technically free for third level (for long term residents in Ireland, citizens of Ireland/EU/EEA/UK/Switzerland). However in reality universities have their own annual fees of a few thousand, but probably a third of what is charged in the U.K.
Healthcare is not free, but is heavily subsidised. So no free like the U.K., but not the nightmare that is the U.S.A. You will need health insurance. It's a combined system.

@liannaphillips1004 for a nurse Ireland and Canada are good choices. You will earn alot but if you want a western style, advanced type of life and high standard of living choose Canada. In Canada you will also get PR in 2 years and citizenship after 3 years. You can easily move to USA.
Ireland is expensive and the jobs are mostly in the Eastern part. Transportation and housing is a problem. It is very rural here too. Dublin will be like a town in Canada.
