- I'm in Norway this week and I'm sharing the content of my camera bag. I've packed extra light, as I'll be doing some travel photography in the Norwegian Fjords. Join me in Olden, as take the Loen Skylift and capture some shots in the snow. I'll also talk about the compromises I've made to create my ultra-light travel photography setup that's necessary for the Norway cruise that I'm on.

Forget the bag, I'm totally impressed with the awesome Norway adventure!! LOL One of my "must see" countries for sure!! Enjoy!! Nope, no snow, please! lol No Otis, give up on the praying for a snow storm until maybe December!! lol Awesome travels!!
Yeah, it's a very dramatic landscape Bruce. We want to go back there in the van at some point, so we can enjoy it at our own pace. Otis had a nice little holiday too - he was staying at the dog boarders with a few of his dog friends! I think he really enjoyed it! 😊
Looks great Robert, some very nice captures along the way. It is always difficult to know what to take like myself when going for three to four months but you learn along the way. 🐕👌 0:03
Thanks for watching John. What do you tend to take on extended trips?
@@Robert-Bishop I am not sure what to take at this moment probably as much as I can!!
Well maybe better safe than sorry, I guess. 😁
The sunrise and sunset shots were definitely my favourites. A shame it was a white out on the mountain top. Looks like a good trip so far.
Yeah, it was pretty cool for a hike, just not so good for views of the Fjords! We need to go back in the van I think - just to have the flexibility of finding compositions at the right time of day. Cheers for watching. 😊
Very nice from Norway 👍
Thanks for watching. 😊
@@Robert-Bishop 👍🙂
That is serious minimalist gear for a trip. I always travel light but take more than that. Curious to know at the end of the trip if you felt there was anything you wished you had.
If anything Alan, I think I could have left the 14-30 at home, as I only used it once. This was far from a dedicated photography trip though, and it wasn't really best suited to getting the best images. We will go back at some point and drive ourselves around. That way I will be able to choose better compositions at more convenient times, for better light. I'm sure I'll take much more gear on that trip! Thanks for watching. 😊
Good common sense.
Many thanks, cheers for watching. 😊
