BEING A CHEMICAL ENGINEER, I LEARN SO.MANY THINGS FROM.THIS VIDEO AND I AM EAGER TO LEARN MORE ABOUT THE COURSE , THANK YOU FOR MAKING THIS VIDEO MAM, IM GIVING LIKE TO THIS VIDEO COZ I LEARNED SO MUCH 🎉❤
This is actually needed for Instrumentation Engineers Academically, pursuing Electronic Instrumentation Engg as well Process Engg Practitioners, as the explanation articulates the need of Knowing Standards, Symbols in Pricess Flow Diagrams
Very nice video. You guys are doing a noble job to educate people. Videos on subjects like these are hard to find so thank you so much and keep up the good work angels!!
That was great learning for me as a mechanical engineer , I really appreciate that , it was very well organized and sequenced and also I liked the way it was presented , well done. I will share it through LinkedIn
That's a part of my previous job @ Saudi Chevron Phillips projects; surveillance and monitoring, checking with P&ID diagrams together with the contractor and subcontractors Inspector prior to hydrotesting, weld joints painting and/or insulation and cladding.
I used solve this problem based on this in partical of Fluid Engineering one of the subject in 3rd year of Mechanical Engineering . 👍🏻 that Reminds those Days. 😀
Hi mam...I completed my instrumentation engineering in 2014...but I am not working now... I would like to start my career in engineering field.this video helps me to memories many of the things... Can I get pdf ...also can u advice me how can I restart my career..
11:00 could someone please tell me please the difference between one solid line and two? thank you for the video/work I learned A LOT. Would you recommend some reading on PID for beginners please? (your references are quite for advanced learners)
Symbol for Threaded & socket weld valves how to identify them ,I think we need to Refer Piping material specification for same is it right or some different philosophy .May be based on service.
We are stuck in a Pipe design problem for a Project.Need to design a H2SO4 supply of 400 metric tonnes pump to transport at 1800 metre, pipe designing is also required
Sir, mai B.tech mechanical se kiya hua aur mujhe piping field me career bna hai joki mujhe kuchh bhi piping ka knowledge nahi to piping me jane ke liye kon sa course kre (1)pipe fitter and Fabricator (2) piping foreman (3)piping Supervisor Please give me suggestion
Great knowledgeable video mam, thanks

Let's just appreciate how hard it was to her write it down everything, great job and thanks for this nice content, helped me a lot
Thank you for nice words
This was outstanding. This can be a great asset in breaking these drawings down for new operators.
One of the best source of information for piping on you tube. Please keep it up....
Thanks....
Most useful video ... thanks for uploading

Brilliant teaching...
Very nice 👍🏻
It's very helpful video and we are expecting more from you. please make videos on OISD totally.
Ohh thanks... We just complete it. But OISD 118 is so big that we have covered in 3 parts.
Plot plan
Equipment layout
Storage tank layout

Great effort bro..
This information give us familiarization procedure tantamount to our job in actual applications for safety use. Our safety is our closeness to God.
Thank you
For help with us
keep up good work

Hi mam...I completed my instrumentation engineering in 2014...but I am not working now...
I would like to start my career in engineering field.this video helps me to memories many of the things...
Can I get pdf ...also can u advice me how can I restart my career..
start working as a technician or helper first to get the basic work knowledge
informative
By the way
One of the best channel for engineers.....
I'll support u ....and plz continue and i need lot of vedios...like this👆

11:00 could someone please tell me please the difference between one solid line and two? thank you for the video/work I learned A LOT. Would you recommend some reading on PID for beginners please? (your references are quite for advanced learners)
Great
Nice
Astounding video. I really learnt a lot and gained a lot as well. Please can i get a copy of your p&id example. That p&I'd drawing?
Symbol for Threaded & socket weld valves how to identify them ,I think we need to Refer Piping material specification for same is it right or some different philosophy .May be based on service.
Yes. It will not be shown is pid. Can be identified in PMS and symbol representation will be in isometrics
great work ! please provide notes of lecture if possible
Mam also please let me know how to fill instrumentation index using pid
Does anyone know if you use any symbols for contraction or expansion of pipes, and also for elbows?
Generally Elbows are not shown in PID except it is rotating elbow. Reducer and expanders are shown you can check another video on symbol
Hey, great video. It was extremely helpful. Is there a way I can get the pdf of this video? thank you
Madam kindly make videos on different types of heat exchangers
Its there plz check
We are stuck in a Pipe design problem for a Project.Need to design a H2SO4 supply of 400 metric tonnes pump to transport at 1800 metre, pipe designing is also required
Thanks
good understanding P&ID
Hi, Can diaphragm valve be piston actuated or globe valve pneumatic- diapragm type actuated or is it the same?
Can you tell us the trick to findout the pipeline loop based on isometric drawing in P&ID.
In p&ID we dont mark thermal loops. Process loop are marked in P&ID
i need a complete course on this....how do i get it
Thank u ❤🙏
Sir, mai B.tech mechanical se kiya hua aur mujhe piping field me career bna hai joki mujhe kuchh bhi piping ka knowledge nahi to piping me jane ke liye kon sa course kre
(1)pipe fitter and Fabricator
(2) piping foreman
(3)piping Supervisor
Please give me suggestion
Better go for piping design course
We provide course in piping design
Mail us on piping.mantra@gmail.com
Great work! Many thanks. Please let me know by which of software you prepared this video?
Thank you.. Hitfilm express 4
Thank you.
Waiting for column piping and tank farm piping videos.
Flange and special items, PMS, VMS VIDEOS.
thank you Harash for topic... soon you will video on tan farm piping.
So we must memorise all the symbols ?
Yes it should be better but all projects / companies have their own symbol and legends so its not necessary
👍
What do you call the data table giving flowrates, power etc. on a P&ID - not covered in this tutorial?
I have not seen these data on P&ID.. but yes should be shown in PFD, which is a basis for P&ID.
I would argue that you've only presented a PFD in the tutorial since it doesn't include the performance parameters, flowrates, motor power etc
you can refer our another video on PFD.. this video is for specially on P&ID.
Download automated pipe wall thickness calculation (per ASME B31.3) excel sheet at sites.google.com/view/xcelsolutionsin
very good tutorial. Have you used Doodly software for explaining this?
