It's weird how this soundtrack & its setting seemed a lot creepier when I was younger. I'm 31 now & the last time I played it was back in like 1998/1999. I still had certain sounds from it playing in my head from time to time for the last 20+ years along with this volcano setting. I always remembered it being more EDM track sounding but now it just seems like an innocent kids game tune haha.

Definitely can be argued in my opinion but I really liked DKR because it was different. The hovercrafts and planes were nice additions that made things feel fresh. I kinda wish Nintendo would experiment with MK again like how they made Double Dash. Also adding different types of races like boats and planes would be cool to add as well.
