This is great! I am now married into a Polish/Ukrainian family so Christmas Eve is celebrated in their traditional Holy supper, Herring, Pierogi, pea soup, and mushrooms. Not as good as the Italian tradition, but I do Italian on Christmas Day. Homemade raviolis, meatballs, sausage, and then a nice Standing Rib Roast. Dessert is always lots of homemade Italian cookies and sometimes I will make homemade cannolis. Love all of your videos!

Modern day italian americans are anything but religious. At least on the east coast.
