    Nicely done. Great communication. 👍will subscribe. I'm an experienced home cook, I like your approach. My Grandmother taught me to cook when I could see inside the pan. She had me light the gas before that (trusting and I'm thankful).

    I don't like them Stringy either. I like them crisp and "Topped and Tailed".
