One of the things that fascinates me about superheroes versus villains, is where there comes a time when they stop using their powers/armor/magic and use their fists and kicks for hand-to-hand fighting like beasts; when I saw that scene it reminded me of Peter Parker vs. Green Goblin (Spider-Man 2002 and No Way Home).
Well, Kang literally couldn’t use suit, it was damaged, you see him earlier in the scene trying to shoot Scott but his gauntlets won’t work.
Cap vs bucky hand to hand be like :
I like it more because you know its personal when you see it.
@@McZhFF55yeah but it wasn’t as satisfying as Spider-Man vs goblin. They actually fought with straight hands, no fancy choreographed fighting like in Winter Soldier.
This fight was amazing and showed the true strength of Kang and him easily kicking Scott’s ass. Just wished the writing was better throughout this film. At least show Kang as more of a threat.
Still better than Thor ragnarok

His armor gives him enhanced strength; noticed he wasn't using his right arm when it came to the punches. But what a skilled villain he is. He IS more than his suit.

That is legit Kang without his armor kicking Ants Man's ass with ease. I hope you all know this Kang isn't dead, and will either return as the Beyonder Kang, or DrDoom Kang.
no no no dr doom should be its own character probably will be the next villain phase the mutant phase but he will become beyonder kang

Ant Man vs Kang? More like Ant Man gets brutally beat up by kang in a little over a minute
One of the most intense fight scenes. Kang proves how intimidating he is with his punches that almost killed Ant-Man if it wasn’t for the Wasp’s interference.
Remember Scott. You're not Captain America.

I loved this film. Really enjoyed watching it and I thought Kang was a great villain especially when he showed off his power and strength towards the end.
I love that even without his suit, Kang is still a fierce combatant.
I’m a sucker for scenes like this and this was freaking great!
I freaking love this fight scene! Kang was so brutal and badass🤩🔥
Original ending was that he still defeats kang but gets trapped in the quantum realm for good
I don't know why they changed it, but I hope they did for a good reason.
@@konstantinosp-a6447 it would have been repetitive in terms of Scott and Hope being stuck (again) in the quantum realm.
@@konstantinosp-a6447 i feel like they only did it so they can introduce the council of kangs, But I feel like it would've probably worked better with Multiverse of Madness, No way home, or Loki season 2 (depending on how they play it out)
@@zabdieltm8670 yet this ending is very repetitive as well
OG ending terrible
We dont need to win we both just have to loose. What a missed opportunity, It could have been Scott’s final words before them both dying
I argue but I do what to see him team up with the Avenger Again and the new people he the not might become you now he was trap I really hope him and Spider Man team up for some reason I don't know it would be cool
I just thought of this
If kang would have waited for all of them to go through the portal he could've ran to the Multiversal Power Core close the portal and used it leave the quantum realm.😂
Yeah but I think he shot antman was because he didn’t want nobody to mess with his plans if he were to get out
@@1xverse859 exactly
True but the writer wasn't thinking about that
Ur right actually if i was kang i wouldve done that when they question how tf i got out id be like “yea uh yall left the core back there fully powered up for me so thx for that” 😂😂😂
I don’t think he could’ve escaped, the chair was destroyed along with the control room when Scott broke the rings
of everything in this film, it is objectively good choreography that since Kang had broken the left arm of his suit, that he only uses his right arm that still has the suit on it. He does this to such a degree that he only blocks with that arm, because he knows Antman doesn't get increased strength with his suit. This is why Kang is stomping on him, punching him only with the covered arm and grabbing him with the uncovered arm. He knows both his own strengths and Antman''s weakness
wish they kept the OG ending
Which was?
Kang escaping and antman gets left behind
@@1xverse859 personally I woulda made Cassie get left behind. Would have been more menacing
@@PercyMiller456 How?
@@kaustubhpalkar792cause. It would've given Scott a reason to hate Kang. A man with nothing to lose. A man who once lost 5 years of his life with Cassie pre Infinity War now he loses her again 😭 Scott has never had a real villian in the MCU and I'm talking a type of villian that you'd route the hero to defeat or even kill the villian and what cooler way to do it with my boi Kang.
Say what you want about this movie, but the weight behind these last few punches feels like Superman cracking Batman’s ribs. Good work, especially for standard marvel movie punch ups.
0:58 “what did I do to deserve this? I mean what specifically?”
Pretty much everything in the multiverse war.
Kang is a powerful fighter because he knows were to hit and he knows his opponents weak spot.
this movie was fantastic and gets a big 10/10
Kang didn't die , she got shrunk along with the multiversal engine and right now he is roaming somewhere around the multiverse . Marvel ain't gonna kill the character very easily
Right it stupid people think he dead but really he not because marvel is not just going to kill off one of their characters like that so he will be back
I just watch this movie on Disney yesterday and I agree with Both of your and Every if he is Dead it's more Kangs people did not Think of That
I was thinking that, cause I was not impressed with any of the Kang varients. He needs to come back and wipe them all out.....then when he has his finale with The Avengers they can think he is gone for good....and thats when we learn about one varient that survived....so if Marvel wants to use him in the future they still can.
I kinda knew Scott was gonna get beat, Kang is a beast of a guy! If Hope hadn’t come to help him, things would’ve been worse!
Things are not going well in Marvel, if they fire Jonathan Majors it will be worst
Everyone complaining ab how this portrayal of Kang was a let-down; are they forgetting that the whole point of Kang being such a formidable opponent is because he has infinite versions of himself and is able to make contact/team-up with ALL of them? That’s literally the most important part of his villain credentials…
Not to mention, it took a massive army of gigantic killer ants just to trash his suit, and given that he was still perfectly healthy enough to kick Scott's ass afterwards, we can easily assume he slaughtered every one of those ants. Scott and Co. Didn't win outright, they got INSANELY lucky, and Kang was already heavily handicapped from his extended exile. Take all of that into consideration... then consider an infinite number of Kangs, who are all 100% fresh and ready to fight, are all at 100% strength, and now have all the time and foreknowledge needed to prepare in advance for all-out war with the Sacred Timeline. Not only that, Quantum!Kang dying clearly made them aware of the threat level of the Avengers, so it's highly unlikely that they'll share Thanos' arrogance and will take the Avengers 100% seriously.
Yikes. Just yikes.
Ant man beat kang in MCU but people didn't like its. Captain america beat kang in manga but people loves him.
While the death of the character isn’t my primary concern, I find the narrative’s handling of his portrayal as a threat rather unsatisfactory. The film consistently alludes to his ability to obliterate timelines, yet we’re never shown any substantial evidence of this. It’s a missed opportunity that could have added depth to his character and the overall plot.
I firmly believe that an opening scene depicting Kang conquering the quantum realm, perhaps single-handedly decimating an entire resistance, would have provided much-needed substance and context. Such a scene would not only establish Kang as a formidable adversary but also set the tone for the rest of the film.
This fight scene stands out (arguably the film’s best), but it feels like too little too late. The narrative could have benefited from more instances showcasing Kang’s capabilities, reinforcing his status as a force to be reckoned with. This lack of visual demonstration is a significant narrative flaw that undermines Kang’s perceived threat level.
@@psmgames5861 that’s fair, but we have already seen Kang do more than obliterate timelines; we know he’s defeated ALL of his variants (or at least keep them from threatening the rest of the multiverse) in LOKI. I have a theory that He Who Remains is this same variant of Kang, just in the future…
He learned from his fight with Adonis
It's just me or Kang said "Fight" like a fighting videogame ?
Kang was kicking ass in this scene love it he’s one of the best villains that the MCU has
I would love to see Kang have hand to hand combat against a better non-super human fighter than Scott such as Shang Chi or Hawkeye.
Well just wait until kang dynasty
Kang's death looks like Jafar's death from Aladdin
lmao i needed this laugh lmao 🤣 😂😂😂😂
He not dead
I wished that since they were in the quantum realm for so long that when they got out at the end its during Secret Wars or something and Earth had mostly even destroyed.
Thanks!
i really want scott was badly losing with kang. but it's alright, that's good beginning towards to Avengers : Kang Dynasty
I love that scott is fighting jang in a hand to hand combat
Scott graduated from being an ex con who found a shrinking suit to an avenger who fought a massive multiverse villain
From now, Ant Man and Loki faced a variant of Kang.
Me and People in the movies was wild about this scene
Disappointing how this is the same Kang the Conqueror who we have been waiting for since the Loki series that was built up to be an omnipotent figure. Only to lose at the hands of Ant-Man
and the Wasp after he supposedly “killed” many Avengers including Thor. You would expect him
to learn each weakness from his adversaries.
This was quite possibly the worst way to introduce the next big bad of the MCU. It only makes me think that every other Avenger could
go toe-to-toe with him.
Why is it Disappointing Kang kick Ant man Ass Ant needed help or did you watch the movie
Kang is arrogant, or this one is. He didn't even recognise which Avenger he was dealing with. By the time they're fighting, he's lost his composure and is looking to simply hurt the one who ruined his plans
I don't believe this is the Kang we've been waiting for. Just another version of him. Kang is inevitable. We've only interacted with two of him so far, and we saw many many more.
This imo is mean't to be THE Kang. Firstly, Peyton and Kevin both stated at last years comic con, that this is Kang the Conquerer.
Secondly, this Kang stated that he skipped to the ending and said he saw what his varients were doing and he was there watching it happen but decided to do something. This implies imo that he knew what was going to happen from time of being banished to escaping.
Lastly, his reaction to Scott putting the particles on the multiversal engine looked slightly intregued before running from it. Also, he threw Scott away from it instead of into it. He got sucked into it and will be back, a bit obvious.
The only thing that makes 0 sense to me is how can the other varients know that Kang is dead when the timelines are not affected by the quantum realm and vice verser?
If they do build up the Kang varients further then they can still pull off the next 2 Avengers films. However, they need a better script and not to focus on woke/racial things to make it work, this is the reason phase 4 has bombed. Don't get me wrong I wanted She hulk to succeed and BP2 but they didn't have the same feel that phases 1-3 had and just tried to make them give off polital real life statements.
Also, on a side note I wish these new female leads would stop shoving the whole 'I am going to play a strong indepandant female character' and just play it. RDJ didn't shove it down peoples throats he just delivered
Kang doesn't know antman, and antman isn't an avenger..
I want the full final battle please
Those idiots & blind Marvel haters who say that how Kang lost, I want to tell them this is how he will become even more powerful. You have to remember besides his tech he is physically a human being, but still he was able to beat Ant-Man in hand to hand easily that shows how strong he is. This defeat is big shame for him & this will motivate him to do better in future. People who are saying that Ant-Man should have died, I want to tell that this is Ant-Man movie, why would he die in his own movie lol. Kang is extremely strong villain with his tech & can hold his own against many characters without his suite in hand to hand, but he is not invincible as individual, main problem for Avengers will be that there is not only one Kang but there are his variants too. That will be challenge for them. 👍🏻
Batman: “Tell me, do you bleed?”
I didn’t see any blood from Kang. Just sweat and maybe bruises.
Kang got them hands and tec he finna be a problem for the avengers
Got them strangulation hands! Watch out women
Finally watched this movie last night. Poor Scott stood no chance here.
Scott should’ve wore his metallic suit so Kant might hurt himself hitting the metal plates
I wonder how many people Kang has killed in hand-to-hand combat.
This is literally a fight straight from endgame and it’s honestly the best part of this movie
If you think about it good thing Ant-Man didn't die, if he did there wouldn't be anymore movies or shows with Scott in it unless there's other variants of him of course and fan's of that character would be upset.
I wonder how it is when Thanos and Kang’s suit get damaged and they do fist and kick combat against each other
hai !!!ha !!!!sounds like a kung fu flick
His voice gives him super strength
This fight was epic because this is the only fight Scott is serious but if only wasp didn't show up
deus ex
It is epic
How epic would it have been to have Kang kill Scott. Say a line like "just another Avenger", then escape. Would've felt like infinity war with the villain actually winning again except we wouldnt have been expecting it.
Scott was a straight up punching bag how did he not get knocked out with those punches?
I like the title kang the conqueror vs antman because Scott wasn’t able to keep up with kang. 😂
DAMN HE BEAT THE SHIT OUTTA HIM
I liked this movie. i know it has some flaws that i honestly can't unsee, but i personly enjoyed it. Kang was the best thing in the movie, the ending felt a bit forced tho, with kang getting sucked into the core, but i doubt he died. he should be the villain for secret wars, and let the other varients be the villains of kang dynasty
They have King pointed out as the villain but in reality was the hero

*”FLINT LOCKWOOOOOD!!!!”*
You'd think certain heroes would invest in armor. Out of all of them only Iron Man's suit is armored, everyone else can be ended with a bullet. Even Captain America was shot by Winter Soldier.
Zach Cap has the shield though.
Also, Cap is very agile and acrobatic. A suit of armour would actually slow him down cosiderably.
The Shield does the job for him.
Ant Man also relies on shrinking to avoid blows. His defense is his ability to switch sizes at an instant.
Also when he turns into Giant Man bullets don't do anything to him. He becomes too dense.
@@abongilezolanipeterson5588 Cap has the shield. Antman the size. They all get beaten to hell though. As much tech they all have at their disposal, they sure do limit themselves still. Even a lucky stray would kill Falcon.
@@Whatisright Bruh Falcon has the impenetrable wings. He literally blocks countless volleys of bullets with his wings and even grenades.
He forms them into a shield and blocks literally everything.
Also your point is moot given that Iron Man has also been injured even with the suit.
Cap beat him with his shield and bare hands alone and could have easily killed him.
Hawkeye is long range fighter so defense is not as much of an issue for him.
@@abongilezolanipeterson5588 My point is when they start to get heat to a pulp, they should take that as a lesson to add something to their kit. Falcon has the wings but really his head is just out there most of the time. At least cap has a helmet. If this was all in the same universe as punisher or daredevil they’d all be dead. Only one with real protection was Black Panther. Of course it’s a universe where shrapnel, ricochets, and concussive force aren’t a thing.

Kang won this fight against ant man. The only reason why King the Conquerer was defeated was because Wasp stepped in.
