Love it all. Would want a shower like Lulu showed on her video of your tiny home as a walk in. For those over a certain age is absolutely wonderful to have. Did you consider putting in grab bars in the shower when completing, I believe she said had put in herself (meaning added later) ? And a thanks to Asa whom I spoke with last week to answer questions.
I like the dishwasher, oven, double sink, not entirely sold on the island. The bath tub I would change to a stand up shower without having to climb in the tub. I prefer no glass doors in my bath. Washer dryer hook ups excellent. Storage space good. Need more visual of bathroom where the toilet was. Bedroom looks like it could fit a queen size bed. No night stands make it look like a bacheleor pad. I like the black out blinds. Need more footage of the home and less talking head footage.

I don't like the roll-away kitchen island. It makes the kitchen congested. I really don't think it's clever to go through the bathroom to get to your bedroom. And once you're in the bedroom, the washer and dryer is there. Do you have other designs..?
With my Clever 1, I keep the bathroom pocket door closed and the glass shower door closed with nothing hanging all over. It really becomes like a hallway rather than "walking through the bathroom". I don't mind the stacking laundry and ERV in the bedroom. I'm just thrilled that I don't have to lug my wash to a drafty laundromat... and like my dishwasher, my GE stacker is so quiet, I don't remember it's even on until it signals Fur Elise! 😉

Thanks for your question! It depends which model you are looking at, we have 2: the Clever S 26'x8.5 and the Clever 1 (as shown in the video) 38'x12'.
