I spent exactly 119 days on bed rest which were probably some of the hardest days of my life. They were also so worth it because they helped me bring my beautiful twin girls safely into this world.

I am only waiting to be put to complete bed rest and I can tell you it's a whole another challenge when you already have a toddler running around and needing your attention and love. Even if you have help from others it breaks your heart to be so passive.

Bed position please , how turn by sides and what about feet elevation

I was put into bedrest for 2weeks and I'm on my 3rd day! What makes me uncomfortable is that I am urinating a lot! The first 2 day, I had to use adult diaper... Really really not comfortable! My doctor insist on getting a bed pan and now my concern is about the awful smell... Maybe bcause of the medicines that I am taking at the same time... At midnight, I had to remove my diaper.. I might be sleeping for quite sometime... When I wake up tomorrow, i'm not sure if I'll be picking up my bedpan or putting on another diaper...
Did you also experience this? I mean, did your doctor allow you to go to rest room any time you want even though you're on bedrest?
