Hi Matt, just found your channel today in my YT feed. What a cracking little trip on the Bonnie. Happy memories of doing similar trips back in the day in the UK and Europe until I moved with my work to sunnier climes in 2005 to Malaysia. Temperatures are somewhat different out here, as is the level of rainfall 🌪. Having recently retired and the family having grown up, the urge to continue my 55 year love affair with riding bikes has prompted me to return to 2 wheels. Lots of lovely places to see over here and so nice to take the bike rather than the car. Just a suggestion - when you're fully laden with luggage (black in color), you might want to consider adding some red aux tail lights to the outer edges of your luggage, so that someone approaching you from behind can quickly figure out how wide your motorcycle is with luggage. Denali T3 switchback or similar ones should do it.
Thanks for the suggestion Uday. That’s probably a great idea for a fully laden GS, I don’t think it’s really a problem that needs fixing on my Bonny though 🙂

Glad you liked the video. For most of the UK wild camping is not allowed, so campsites need to be used. Most of these have facilities on-site for washing and waste disposal. I think for wild camping in other countries that aspect could be interesting to see, but for the UK I don’t think it would be great to include.

I don’t do a vast amount in the members section to be honest, so it’s really just a way for anyone that really wants to support the channel to do so 🙂
Very pleasent, relaxing scenes, but please, show how do you clean the clutery, dishes, mugs, and how do you dispose the garbage.
Glad you liked the video. For most of the UK wild camping is not allowed, so campsites need to be used. Most of these have facilities on-site for washing and waste disposal. I think for wild camping in other countries that aspect could be interesting to see, but for the UK I don’t think it would be great to include.
@@ClassicRides Thanks for your answer!
