    Could you do a video explaining the types of investments that qualify for deducting margin interest on the SBLOC?
    Can I pay for repaiirs on an apartment building using an SBLOC and deduct the interest even though I'm deducting that on SCH-E? Or perhaps appliances?

    You should make a video on regard to crypto because I am not sold atttt alll on those investments vehicles. Plus your recommendation and why please

      Haha I will definitely put that on the list. I know many are still skeptical but the more and more I study blockchain technology, the more bullish I become. 🐂 But to each their own! At the end of the day, it's all about what investments you are comfortable with. :)

    Would you use an SBLOC from brokerage assets to pay the taxes on IRA conversion to Roth IRA? Thanks for the great videos! (Oh, I don’t plan on paying the principal or interest back on the SBLOC for a very long time.)

    My Roth is full of leveraged ETF’s for growth only! No bonds or cash at all!!!

      Be careful with leveraged ETFs. They have a hefty expense ratio. Also, when leveraged ETFs like TQQQ go down, they go down hard. And take a much higher increase in the underlying to go back up to previous levels. I've been burned before in 2022 and still recovering
