Bacterial cell wall is made up peptidoglycon...it is made up of N acetyl muramic acid and glucoseamine..theses are aminosugars.. PG is more thick in gram positive and gram negative have thin peptidoglycon layer....outermemberane is present in gram-negative and made-up lipopolysaccharides...hope u will change it..
