It's all about views, click bait, and exploitation. Once behind the camera you're a totally different person(may sound cliche but it's visually noticeable). Humans enjoy drama and entertainment, and would rather watch things with low substance. RUclips just wants more viewers and subscriptions and will push those few channels that actually do entertaining and dramatic content. It's sad, but it's all about money. Actually Emkwan, I felt that was his way of dealing with what he was seeing at that point of time. There are many ways of dealing seeing a dead person, some cry, some walk away without talking, some talk too much, some talk funny etc etc. The problem is this video wasn't live, it was edited and uploaded. Probably even at that point Logan was still experiencing some sort of trauma and couldn't think straight. I have only seen his videos a few times here and there but I feel he has it enough. The man has apologized and we should all try to give him a break. We do not want another broken soul in the world.

Well put Emkwan. I personally think what he did was deplorable. If it was a live feed video and that was the reaction I could sort of understand a sort of “nervous/humorous” reaction. But he recorded a vlog and uploaded it. It had a decision right there. Should I or shouldn’t I. I am like you I don’t really get his style, he is just too hyper and OTT, but that’s his personality. The guy messed up big time and has to now deal with the repercussions.
Some creators do not realise that focusing excessively on fame and money make you lose so much as a human being. Many of the most notorious youtubers lack basic qualities such as empathy, honesty so it's not surprising to see them disconnected from realities or social norms. Let's be honest, Logan's brand is built around being rude, excessive, breaking every rule/limit whenever possible without thinking about consequences... This kind of crazy behaviour became normal, cool and massive fanbases offer their unconditional support (the scariest).
I think some RUclipsrs and people on the comments section show no respect and that causes the problems....also it seems that some videos that are inappropriate are still there....for example, RUclipsr who is a transgender woman makes videos about going to clubs and tricking straight guys to have sex with her....Im not saying homosexuality is wrong....but do we want to have videos about deceiving others to make fun of them later?....as a community we need to put an example to others
The missing adjective is YOUNG viewers. RUclips came out when I was in HS. As RUclips ages, the main consumers switched from older millennials to younger ones who have a very different concept of boundaries and sharing. The fact is that I am in my late 20s and am no longer interested in RUclips. The content doesn’t interest me as much and those that are appealing to me do not get the views. I also see creators my age who I used to love, shifting their content to appease younger viewers which alienates older ones. I totally understand why you don’t show your children as many of my friends won’t even post their kids on Facebook! It’s sad but many still probably found Logan’s video perfectly acceptable in this new world with no sharing limits.
I did see this dudes apology vid in the trending feed but chose not to watch it. I was curious about why he was trending and thought that you would have a mature explanation so I clicked yours. Thanks. I didn’t want Logan’s vid to have my click.
Question. So according to many news outlets, some people and RUclipsrs have come out and said they want to start a movement to essentially ban Logan Paul from RUclips. Do you think Logan Paul deserves to be banned from RUclips?
PatrondeMarley VLOGS not at all! Anyone within reason should be allowed to post what they want. But RUclips should perhaps reconsider what they promote and channels.

this logan sistuation has gone way over the top. people cope with situations like death differently and logan for example did with 'humour'. i know someone who also the same and goes into hysterics when she hears someone has died. this was disturbing at first but shes a good person and this is how she copes with death. ive seen other videos few yrs showing suicide forest and people hanging (was blurred out) the hoo ha is just because logan is a big youtuber so its been blown out of proportion. ive never wqtched logans videos before because his content doesnt appeal to me but i saw that video and while it was kind of silly of him to post that content, ive seen worse
