    This was a great back and forth between my two favorite NFL analysts
    Michael Lombardi and Chris Simms
    If they did more of this together they would leave everyone else behind

    Chris Simms is the absolute best football analyst in all of media. Bar none. He’s the one I rely on and anyone out there who really wants to know the game and the players and learn the actual truth of what’s going on on the field they need to follow Simms wherever they go. Not listen to these talking heads on ESPN or wherever who don’t even watch film

    They got dog walked 40-3. Don’t know why I felt the need to tell that story.

    The bears offensive line is much better then people give credit for, and was held back by fields. Any stats you look at prove this. Last year the bears oline- top 10 in both pass and rush block win rate, gave the longest time to throw before pressure, and when the backup was in he was under far less pressure then Justin because he got the ball out quick and on time to receivers at a better rate then Justin. Caleb will have a better line, weapons, and defense then he did compared to college

    Of the 10 fastest speeds of a QB running in a game in the last years 5 of them were by Daniel Jones, including #1 and 4 & 5. On his 80 yd run he was going at almost 22mph! Watch him in the open he is running away from DBs. Daniel Jones is a superior athlete. Block for him and get him some receivers.

      Have always liked & respected Tyrod Taylor. IMHO he’s the best backup QB in the NFL. Every team who drafted a rookie QB who’s expected to become starter should’ve been trying to sign Tyrod. He’s a quintessential pro who can teach a young QB how to become a pro.

      @@thomassaddler8432 Chris has answered this and to not go on and write an essay it would come down to the Giants eventually formed a better offensive line. Like early in the year, they multiple different offensive line combinations. The Giants had to bring back Justin Pugh at one point. The Giants found a way to move the ball better and manage the game better with what they had. Like Jones is a top 20-30ish QB. Tyrod Taylor is probably outside of the top 50. It's tge samething even when they had Devito. Devito isn't even a top 80 QB but they found ways to win games. Probably the best I could keep it short while paraphrasing Simms while putting my spin on it.

    Why the hell is Femi even on this show? This segment proved that he is expendable. He’s not adding anything of substance, especially when compared to Simms and Lombardi

    • @LukesBlenderChannel
      @LukesBlenderChannel Месяц назад

      People do different things, that's how life works, especially in entertainment. Femi has a role, and he does it well. Keep the show moving when it needs to be done, act as a sounding board for Lombardi, and be a likable host. Femi is not your usual weather-girl type with a surface level knowledge, just sitting there between the talking heads. He knows quite a bit, including when he doesn't need to talk as much. That's his job.

    • @johnathanhust4587
      @johnathanhust4587 Месяц назад

      Yeah man this is really harsh. They are interviewing a guest, as a host you shouldn't be pounding your chest and stealing the limelight.
      He just guides the show and makes sure everyone stays on track and fills in with downtime.
      Just because he isn't out here dazzling you with knowledge doesn't mean he's doing a bad job.
