I’ve suffered from chronic insomnia for 11 years. I’ll sleep in cycles, awake for 4 days, crash for an entire day, and it repeats. I’ve searched every ASMR channel on RUclips...you’re the first person that has ever put me to sleep. Your videos are a LIFE SAVER.
Marcel Savage I honestly can’t explain it. My brother had the same kind of insomnia too. I’ve seen doctors, done sleep studies....there isn’t an actual “reason” we can find. My longest insomnia cycle was when I was awake for 6 days and I about lost my mind. But now the range fluctuates between 3-4 days of being up and then I use the weekends to just crash. Sometimes I’ll either stay awake for days, or, I’ll fall asleep easily but wake up an hour later and keep falling asleep every 2 hours or so. But.......this channel has helped immensely. I’m able to stay asleep for 3-4 hours at a time now. Something about HER voice just knocks me right out.

And I always loved these two separate videos, and actually thought how cool it would be if you combined them since they are very similar.
