A few hours after doing this Meditation, I was able to get in touch with my intuition and get clarity about the Divine Feminine and Kundalini, the yonilingam, and the granthis. Everything is always in Divine Order.
Perceive the pain as energy in your body and give it permission to express itself without attachment. We seek to avoid pain as we feel it but allow it to just be, and know that pain is a friend/messenger that wants to send you a message. Surrender to it and as you do so it will soften and your awareness will expand beyond the body realm, as you are not the body but conscious awareness residing in the human experience.
If you are going to help guide people to raise their kundalini don't you think you are obligated to help them through the trial & tribulations this may bring? Can you teach on the kundalini? Can you teach others how to cause the kundalini to rest after raising it? I was bullied by another to delete my original comment here~ they asked if I was the kundalini police. If need be then I will stand up for those that need guidance after raising their kundalini & then not knowing where to go from there. I had previous knowledge & learning that helped me overcome, but not all have such.
