What does the banana leaf do for the sprout's? I only ask because I don't think I will be able to get a banana leaf so what else could I use?
If you have any Hispanic stores in your area they may have frozen banana leaves. I’ve seen them at Asian stores too.
It only works to keep the bean sprouts' roots from sticking to the sack.
Easy to harvest.
You can replace it with anything
