- Puss in boots: the last wish or puss in boots 2 has got everything. Fun and memorable characters, amazing animation, deep and mature themes about life and death, and all these great things make for a really excellent movie. Today, I just talk about puss in boots: the last wish for 10 minutes straight and why I love it so much, as does everyone else aswell.

Perrito is probably the most important character in this movie. He caused all of the character development in the movie
Also, have you ever noticed in most of the films, he BARELY wears his cape? He takes it off when he debut in Shrek 2 and never retrieved it, and then Shrek 3 and 4 he never wore it at all. The beginning of the Puss in Boots 2011 film he has it and puts it on, but he IMMEDIATELY loses it to the bounty hunter that caught him and proceeds to not wear it for the rest of the film, even the Flashbacks didn't have him wear one nor did he wear GLOVES that the promotional art for that film showed him wearing. It's also slightly important to note he wore 3 different hats, a Black one with a thin red trim he had in all the Shrek films he appears in, a smaller black hate with a red trim and red ribbon in the Netflix show and first 2011 film, and now a HUGE Black at with a purple, maroon, red (depends on the lighting) ribbon and a GIGANTIC Brim and Feather in this new Last Wish film. Just thought those were some interesting details to point out.
They said it's hard to animate capes at that time
Another thing to know is that when Puss says Muerte it translates to death and if it said Morte it also translate to death in Spanish.
