Hi Kunal , Nice way of making wada’s . But while making chutney add gur instead of sugar . Strain after making it . Then add the extra titbits . In general punjabi’s pour dahi on wadas , but I prefer to soak the wada into the dahi . Keep it in roti dabba , cover entirely generously with curd in which salt , and generous amount of sugar is added . Then sprinkle bhuna Jeera pdr , red chilly pdr, black pepper pdr . Make design as checks with it . cover and keep it in the fridge overnight . Next day while serving they are soft inside and curd becomes creamy . (Chutney’s are optional , I think . ) Let me know if you like my way . My family and friends love it . So thought of sharing it with you . For big parties this is a dish , along with sweets , can be made one night ahead .
