We just got ours yesterday, we don’t have the side tank and have to add the water to the reservoir but every time we get to that point and add it the water runs down from the top into the ice bin and melts all the existing ice and then remakes it? Have you noticed anything like this??
Not during normal operation. Is the "CLEANING" indicator lit at this time? Are both hoses "capped" on the hanger in the back? Sounds like it might not be making ice immediately. Could be a problem with the unit.
