@@robert..7422 Meditation takes many forms, and for me, it’s about sitting in stillness and simply being. I set aside the noise and electronic distractions to create a quiet space where I can focus on just one thing. It’s a simple practice, but it brings so much clarity and peace.
Can we do away with the FOREIGN and misleading "priest and priestess" nonsense? Those foreign words ARE NOT translations for Babalawo! There is no english word for Babalawo! NONE! Also, there is no english word for Orisha. NONE! The foreign word 'God' represents a fictitious character. And priest and priestess is part of the foreign fiction. On the other hand, Orishas ARE REAL beings, who exist on the subtler levels of the Creation, and who may or may not interact with humans on the gross level of the Creation!
It’s important to note that a lot of people say certain Orisha have their head, yet they do things that’s taboo.
How do you meditate?
good question. lol
People like to toss out these foreign words, as if they represent anything real and specific.

Thank you for the educational response. Mr lol has learned something now.
Ha!
How does one know a "chosen by an Orisha" from a "chosen by" mental illness episode? lol
