I just wanted to say that your RUclips video for new dental students was a real 'filling' experience! As someone who's always been fascinated by the world of dentistry, I found your insights to be absolutely 'enlightening'. Your passion for teaching and mentoring really 'shines' through in your video, and I loved how you 'drilled' down into the details of what it takes to be a great dentist.
I was Detained in 2nd year BDS but now it seems nothing, Alhamdulillah I have successful academic as well personal life. The only thing that matters is you keep going and never let the little failures come in the way of what you believe is your goal in life ❤
Wow! Enjoyed listening to this... Mostly relatable..lady dentist ke baare mein sahi bataya... Sir started watching u 2 months ago and have become a great fan of your work, I'm always eager for your videos . Thanks for your awesome content and guidelines 😇
Sir, Hopefully you are doing well.😇 Sending warm greetings and good wishes .🙏💐 Thank you for taking time out of your busy schedule for such a wonderful podcast.😇🙏 This was indeed a fruitful session for your viewers and subscribers.🌟 Thank you for sharing your journey with all of us.🙏 This is something that your viewers have been waiting for since past 2-3 years. Your journey is inspirational for every person who is in the field of Dentistry.❤️ This was a very informative and insightful session.🌟😇 The flow of knowledge should not stop , no matter whatever means it takes.👌👏 Thankfully, seniors like you are generous enough to share their knowledge and expertise with their juniors.😌 It was really good to hear that you don't fear competition from your fellow juniors. Although I already knew it somehow but thank you for saying that aloud.🌟 That should help and motivate people who were able to keep things of knowledge to themselves even while knowing that it would benefit others.☝️ I too was told by many people not to always help juniors and to never be so freely available for them, they always said to me don't interact too much and advised me to maintain my seniority and always be strict and less friendly, Surprisingly, many people had advised me to vent out my frustration on juniors. But thank God, I've never done that. I've never fallen into such an error.☝️ I have always wanted to bridge the clear gap between seniors and juniors so that a healthier work environment is created. I have always treated my juniors the way I want to be treated, because I know how it feels upon being treated in a wrongful manner. I went through a lot of things I would not want my juniors to go through the same problems. This is why I always maintain good and healthy relations with my juniors and help them in the best possible way. I do maintain good relations with seniors too, I have never said no to any senior regarding any sort of work. And I respect all my seniors. I believe respect cannot be selectively reserved for a few, generally every person deserves to be respected. However, my appreciation is selective only for people who genuinely deserve it. In the matters where I feel professional boundaries are not respected, I gradually distance myself without disrespecting the other person . But in the hour of need I am always available for anyone who needs help. Because I belong to the INFJ personality type, helping others is the basic ingredient of my personality. I love helping my juniors, this keeps them motivated and I am able to see the spark in their eyes, full of energy and enthusiasm, it becomes my everyday motivation. I've realised through my personal experience that only the language of love and kindness helps juniors to listen and understand the perspective of their seniors. In the present times, discipline in its rough form doesn't work, however things do work in most subtle ways and love and gentleness can discipline more effectively .☝️ Whereas, humbleness, sincerity, discipline ,strong work ethics along with respect and genuine appreciation can help juniors to maintain a healthier bond with their seniors. Seniors don't expect much from their juniors, just a little bit of respect and sincerity.☝️ From my own experience, I know that helping and sharing knowledge with juniors was never a matter of any loss or distress for me. The more I helped them in their need, the more it opened doors for me towards goodness. Goodness spread only comes back in unexpected ways, because I too was never denied by seniors whenever I needed help. So if you keep helping your juniors, doors of goodness too will open unto you.✨ And thank you for this beautiful podcast. Every mentee should know their mentor.☝️ Since you have been a great mentor every newcomer on your channel deserves to know you and deserves to know the pros and cons and basic requirements of Dentistry.🌟 It's very important, if people don't know about you, it's difficult for them to relate much with the content.🌟 It's because of the efforts of Dr.Nashet and you that the newcomers would at least get the basic knowledge about Dentistry.🌟 Indeed, past failures only helped me to become better with time. Now when I look back into the past decade, I am more thankful for things that happened , they of course happened for a reason.. I can very much relate to your situation with patients. I can very much relate to those sleepless nights, there was a case that I completed almost 11 months back, I did the best that I could do in that case, still somewhere, I was doubtful about the prognosis because the patient had certain habits/ addiction issues even during that time and I had informed the patient already regarding the physiological and immune response. I somehow still feel the chills down my spine thinking about the prognosis whenever I think about that case. Internally, I prepare myself everyday to handle failures , and to manage cases if at all they fail and come back to me even after the best of my efforts. This podcast somehow motivated me to lessen the self-criticism and to develop more self-motivation.😌 Please don't ever stop uploading videos, it keeps your viewers motivated. All your subscribers are in need of your videos, because undoubtedly it helps us all. The meaning of your name is indeed beautiful.🌟 I hope and pray that people would continue to benefit from your work.🌟 Keep up the great work.👍 As always I'm sharing this video ahead so that it would benefit others too.😇 May God reward you and your loved ones with happiness, good health and prosperity.🌟 Much Appreciation for you.🙏 Stay Blessed Always.😇 Best Regards.🙏
